    1 Equipment Analysis
    We can support our Customers with a complete technical audit and on-site measures of the existing dedusting equipment, in order to
    identify the main challenges and provide our tailored solution to restore and improve the equipment performances.

    2 CFD Modeling
    We use latest engineering software to perform a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling on existing equipment to analyze the
    current gas distribution and, combining the simulation results with our engineering department evaluations, we provide our Customers
    with the engineered solutions for a homogeneous and optimized gas distribution, a key aspect to avoid premature filter bags failure,
    stabilize differential pressure, save in compressed air consumption and fan absorbed power.

    3 Preventive Maintenance
    Scheduled Equipment Maintenance is recommended to avoid unpleasant and unforeseen outages, and extent the lifecycle of your air
    pollution control system or WHR system. We offer to our Customers multi-level maintenance contracts and each agreement is tailored on
    their specific needs, from planning to executing the maintenance activities, adding value to the investment for the years to come.

    4 Supervision and Full Installation Service


    Our skilled supervisors and erection team can support our Customer in all the upgrade or replacement activities, ensuring the shortest
    outage, full support for leak-test and pre-coating activity, with a top-quality service. We organize technical training concerning
    maintenance operations and equipment control.

    Remote Survey Technology

    Our Remote Survey technology is an innovative project to monitor remotely


    the operation of your emission control system, keep under control any
    times the respect of CO2 emissions, optimize system performances, reduce
    operating costs and avoid malfunctions.

    This technology guarantees fast advice in the event of unusual or


    malfunctioning of the filter or associated equipment. In addition, CTP
    Remote Survey can also be applied to:

    • conditioning tower

    • heat exchanger

    • WHR

    • other equipment supplied with the bag filter.
