ACTIVITY DESIGN

I. Title: 53rd Foundation Day

II. Description: This is a two-day celebration to commemorate the

legacy of Placer National High School in the past
53 years. The celebration includes activities which
will be participated by administrators, teaching and
non-teaching personnel, SPTA and stakeholders.

VII. Proposed Venue: PNHS Covered Court and Dona Helen Cultural
Center (DOME)

VIII. Rationale:
Foundation Day is a designated day on which celebration marks the founding
of an organization or institution. It is an opportunity for an organization to come
together and celebrate the proud history with the community, employees, and
stakeholders.

It is significant not only because of the number of years it has served the
community but also it is a moment to remind about the humble beginnings of Placer
National High School.

The past 53 years have been a rewarding journey for PNHS. Amidst these
unprecedented times in our lifetime, our community goes back in time to recall with
fondness and pride. With gratitude and so much hope in our hearts, we look to the
future with a strong resolve grounded on our conviction that the best years for Placer
National High School are yet to come

IX. General Objectives: This two-day celebration aims to;

A. To cherish the legacy of Placer National High School in the past 53 years.
B. To build and strengthen harmonious rapport with stakeholders and the people in
the community.
C. To build linkages and camaraderie for effective working environment.
D. Discover learners’ strength and skill through various activities provided in the
program.
 X. Implementation Strategies:
1. Call for Focused Group Discussion to plan and organize.
2. Conduct faculty meeting to assign committees.
3. Conduct General assembly to let parents and stakeholders be informed of the
event.
4. Identify and check the proposed venues for availability.
5. Send letter to involved stakeholders.
