Dear Sir/Madam:
We are writing on behalf of the Scouting Units of Putlod-San Jose National High
School: the Boy Scouts of the Philippines and Girl Scouts of the Philippines. We humbly
request your consent and approval to conduct the 2023 SCHOOL ENCAMPMENT at
Putlod-San Jose National High School for our Boy and Girl Scouts from Grades 7 to 12,
scheduled for December 2-3, 2023, Saturday and Sunday, respectively, at Putlod-San Jose
National High School, Putlod, Jaen, Nueva Ecija.
We genuinely believe that this backyard camping event will not only equip our
scouts with essential skills and knowledge but also provide them with unforgettable
memories and learnings that will last a lifetime.
Your support in this endeavor is crucial. We trust that you will consider our
proposal favorably and allow us to offer this enriching experience to our young scouts.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We await your gracious
approval.
