    How to calibrate HyBase6100

    Calibrate the operating table as introduced below:

    1. Switch on the operating table:

    Switch on the operating table (if the battery is not full, use the power supply.) Then, press
    the “switch on” key of the corded hand control.

    2. Entering the factory mode:

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ” for 5 seconds to enter the factory mode.

    2.1 Calibrating the 0-position key

    1). Place the gradienter onto the seat plate longitudinally. Then, press the
    trendelenburg/inverse trendelenburg key of the corded hand control until the
    gradienter displays 0°.

    2). Place the gradienter onto the seat plate latitudinally. Then, press the left/right tilt
    key of the corded hand control until the gradienter displays 0°.

    3). Place the gradienter onto the back plate latitudinally. Then, press the back plate
    up/down key of the corded hand control until the gradienter displays 0°.

    4). Level the table-top (seat plate and back plate), and press and hold “ ”＋“ ”

    until the and flash twice.

    2.2 Calibrating the limits

    1). Back plate up: press to raise the back plate up to the limit, and then press

    and hold“ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    2). Back plate down: press to lower the back plate to the limit, and then press

    and hold“ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.


    3). Tilt left: press to tilt the seat plate to the left limit, and then press and

    hold“ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    4). Tilt right: press to tilt the seat to the right limit, and then press and

    hold“ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    5). Head down: press to lower the head end to the limit, and then press and

    hold“ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    6). Feet down: press to lower the foot end to the limit, and then press and

    hold“ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    2.3 Longitudinal shift：

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    2.4 Battery

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ” until the and flash twice.

    2.5 Stand-by time (4 Minutes):

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ”until the and flash twice.

    2.6 PWM mode

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ”until the and flash twice.

    2.7 Unlock time ( 12s)

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ”until the and flash twice.

    2.8 Alarms off (normal mode)

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ”until and flash twice.


    3. Exiting the factory mode

    Press and hold “ ”＋“ ” for 5 seconds to exit the factory mode.

    After calibration, switch off the operating table. Restart the operating table after 10S and
    check the functions. If the problem still exists, change the sensors as introduced below.
