    INTRODUCTION
    I wrote this quick guide to help you immediately make your Instagram (IG) look more attractive.
    I’ve grown 2 accounts to over 100k followers and have met beautiful women and networked with
    other high-status men – all through IG.

    Follow these guidelines and you will see the difference.

    WHY INSTAGRAM?
    In 2024 and beyond, Instagram
    surpasses Facebook and Snapchat as
    the go-to for dating and networking.
    People don’t ask for phone numbers;
    they ask for Instagram’s.

    In fact, some of the MOST attractive


    women I’ve ever met have all came
    from IG not dating apps.

    Think of your Instagram profile as your


    “social resume”. It sounds tacky – I
    know. But it’s true. Whether you like it
    or not you WILL be judge (most times
    subconsciously) through your IG.

    The Purpose of Instagram


    Before you make your IG more
    attractive you must understand the 5
    main reasons why people use IG.

     Getting Dates: Leveraging


    Instagram for romantic connections.

     Networking: Building professional


    relationships.

     Business Growth: Utilizing the


    platform for business expansion.

     Showing Off: Demonstrating your


    achievements and lifestyle.

     Providing Value: Sharing


    meaningful content to a target
    audience.

    I use my platform for ALL 5 reasons. You don’t have to limit yourself.

    DISQUALIFIERS: AVOIDING LOW-STATUS TRAPS
     Follower-Following Ratio: You’re ratios matter. Aim for a 2:1 Follower to Following ratio (ex.
    Followers: 1k Following: 500). Expedite this by unfollowing people who bring no value to you
    (yup.. Ig models included), and people you haven’t spoken to in 3+ years.

     Photo Quality: Archive old posts that don’t make you look attractive or high status. (2019 &
    earlier photoshoots usually are bad quality also).

     Private Account: To grow and be discoverable you MUST have a public account. Private
    accounts get ignored.

    AMPLIFIERS: BOOSTING YOUR INSTAGRAM APPEAL


     Crafting High-Quality Posts: Your photos need at least 2 points of “leverage” to look more
    appealing.
    Leverage= high status locations, material objects, style, sex appeal, and photo quality.
    It’s up to you to figure out what your points of leverage can be. It’s going to be different
    for everyone. For example, my points of leverage include my camera quality, sex appeal,
    physique, and face. Sometimes I’ll travel in exotic environments but that’s rare.

     Stories and Highlights: Post stories that “DHV” (Demonstrate Higher Value). For example
    you’re at a nice dinner, on vacation, or even just got a PR of 5 One Arm Pullups in a row ;)
    This should be effortless and not forced.

     Social Proof and Pre-Selection: Your followers, likes and comments will all passively showcase
    social proof. Preselection is a bit trickier but can also be shown through comments and
    pictures with other women (in a friendly way).

    These concepts may be easy to understand, but HARD to implement. That’s why I created my
