WITHIN THE NETWORK
Although CLN assures that every member is diligently screened, the network still wants to
make sure that all the charges due within the network will be paid on or before the agreed
terms. To guarantee that payments will always be on time, the network has its CLN Safe
Program as safety-net for its members with the following concept:

MILES PROGRAM
CLN is the first and only network to offer
additional profit share to its members
through our CLN Cargo Miles
Program. Under the said
scheme, shipments within
the network are rewarded with
USD 10 / container or USD 0.1/kg
and this can be claimed up to
50% of their membership fees.
The program continuously motivates
and drive new business within the
network since members are encouraged
to prioritize their co-members for new
business opportunities and new cargo
nominations.
To pay all money due to members in a timely manner (standard: within 30 days, unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing)
To be active in sales endeavors for mutual growth
To attend annual conferences of the alliance to ensure activity of of members within the
organization
To respect other members’ existing customer bases and refrain from back selling
To reflect the true cost of all rates quoted from the CLN Member to CLN Member for common
markup and profit sharing, should the cost change (even during shipment) CLN agent partner/s
must update accordingly. Overcharging is considered unethical within the CLN and CLN reserves
the right to expel members with unethical practices.
To provide bona fide sales leads when possible
To be properly staffed for the highest level of service
To operate in accordance with all stated shipping advice
To promptly respond to all communications (standard: within 24 hours)
To quote rates in full detail in a timely manner
To share freight profits 50/50, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
To seek the help of CLN administration in resolving disputes.
