A. Content Standards
 Demonstrates understanding of non-communicable diseases for a healthy life.
B. Performance Standards
 Consistently demonstrates personal responsibility and healthful practices in
the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases
C. Learning Competency/ LC code
Explains non-communicable diseases based on cause and effect, signs and symptoms,
risk factors and possible complications H7DD-IVb-d-25

Specific Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, students should be able to;
1. Discuss the nature of non-communicable diseases
2. Give common examples of non-communicable Disease.
3. Practice ways to prevent and control non-communicable diseases.

Our topic for today is all about non-
communicable diseases, but before anything
else I will divide the class into five. Each
group will be given scrambled pictures, and
you have five minutes to fix the puzzle then
