    i. SSC Result Card & Certificate or O-Level Equivalence Certificate


    ii. HSSC Result Card ((Part I & II) or A-Level Equivalence Certificate
    iii. HSSC Certificate
    iv. Migration Certificate (Original)other than Rawalpindi/ Federal Board
    v. Computerized National ID Card(CNIC) attested Copy
    vi. Attach Original Student ID Card

    For MS/PhD Programs Students

    i. SSC Result Card & Certificate


    ii. HSSC Result Card & Certificate
    iii. Bachelor Transcript (Part I & II for B.Com)
    iv. Bachelor Degree
    v. Master Transcript / DMC
