be! lol. There are beginner and advanced versions for each day so there’s sure to be something for
everyone. Everyday will have workouts that focus on different parts on your body so that by the end
of the week, everything’s feeling a little more toned and tightened. Imagine a Mcdonald’s play place
x 10 but minus the fast food. I have two kiddos two and under and between naps, other
responsibilities, a school-agers to be home for, and a husband that that works late, I do most of my
exercising at home. You can also modify by doing the pushup from your knees as you build strength.
