    Describe a situation where you faced failure, what lessons did you learn from it?

    As Devops Engineer,I streamline support models collaborating Dev&Op’s teams.While on it, felt
    revamping work distribution increases productivity.So,we segregated existing tasks,re-assigned
    & redefined the communication model.On implementing, productivity dropped as the personnel
    faced frequent interruptions,resulting complex ecosystem.By this,I realized responsible
    management is understanding the root level perspective,considering it, being realistic and
    vigilant in approach of making decisions.

    Did you take part in any extra-curricular activity these past years? ( hobby, non-profit, sport etc..)*
    I am learning Carnatic Music, led the college's vocal music crew, performed and received accolades.
    As IEEE's social media Handler, I strategized social media promotion of the club. Elected as
    secretary of the Association for Computing Machinery, I have administered several events handling
    multiple teams. I volunteered Rotaract club in various women and children welfare initiatives.

    I started my professional career working from home. I overcame blurred work-life boundaries by
    enhancing emotional resilience & optimally managing my time & energy, which enabled me to care
    for family, deal with social isolation and score 760 on GMAT. I handled the team's underperformance
    by emphasizing the project's vision and managing opinion differences by bridging communication
    gaps which led to execution of cloud migration project saving client's infrastructure expenditures
    $100k annually.
