The local handicrafts at Kota Raja (Royal city) are famous for their bamboo products. When walking
in the area and around the markets, it is amazing how diverse and creative-made the products are.
Pringgasela is another area which should be seen particularly to see the traditional hand-weaving which even
within Indonesia is particularly beautiful; the Sasak weaving has to be among the best in the country.
Once seeing these different areas you might wish to take a trip slightly inland to the waterfalls of
Otak Kokok and JerukManis where the water is believed to cure many illnesses from diseases to baldness.
Nearby this part, it includes Tete Batu where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility around the area.
In the southern part of East Lombok offers some beautiful white sandy beaches such as Kaliantan,
Laut Surga, Ekas,Serewe and Pantai Pink where these beaches are very ideal for swimming, snorkeling, diving
and surfing.

My brother and I went to a football match yesterday. Our school team was playing against another
High School team. Our team wore red and white shirts, white shorts, and red stockings. The other team wore
orange and black shirts, orange shorts, and black stockings. “They look like bees“, my brother said, and we
laughed.
They played like bees too. They ran very fast, attacked very hard, and passed the ball to each other
very fast. Soon they scored their first goal. My brother and I shouted and shouted, “Come on, Valley School!
Come on, the Valleys!” Our headmaster was near us and he was shouting too. He seemed very enthusiastic.
However, the high school scored another goal. We were very sad.
Then, one of the “bees” stopped the ball with one of his hands, so our team got the free kick. Our
captain took it and scored a goal. We shouted, “Hooray!” The score was now 2:1. That was better.
Now our team began to play better—or the “bees” were getting tired. Our team scored another goal
before half-time. In the second half of the match, both teams tried very hard, but neither scored, so at the end
the score was still two all.

Ninety percent of lung cancers are caused by smoking. If we smoke five cigarettes a day, we are
six times more likely to die of lung cancer than a non-smoker. If we smoke twenty cigarettes a day,
the risk is nineteen times greater. Ninety five percent of people who suffer from bronchitis are people
who smoke. Smokers are two and half times more likely to die of heart disease than non-smokers.
Additionally, children of smokers are more likely to develop bronchitis and pneumonia. In one
hour in a smoky room, a non-smoker breathes as much as substance causing cancer as if he had
smoked fifteen cigarettes.
Smoking is really good for tobacco companies because they do make much money from smoking
habit. Smoking, however, is not good for everybody else.
