Session Title: "Ensuring Security Public Order and Safety”
Session At the end of the session, learners will be able to:
Objectives:
a) understand the importance of human security
Key Concepts:  Human security are people's right to have freedom from fear,
freedom from want, and freedom from indignity
 Human security refers to the protection of individual safety,
dignity, and well-being at both the national and international
level.
 Human security is a human right; it refers to the security of
people and communities, as opposed to the security of states.
 Human security recognizes that there are several dimensions
related to feeling safe, such as freedom from fear, freedom from
want, and freedom from indignity.

Materials: Manila Paper, markers, pictures of Public
Order and Safety Regarding to Volcanic Eruption

level.
 Ask, “How climate change is affecting human

Exploration Materials: Cards with emotions and situations relative
to safety.
