    SECTION B: TASK PLANNING – HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND CONTROLS

    1. Installation of  Slip/Trip/Fall.  TSA/safety training awareness and recorded pre-task
    pipes.  Lifting. briefing.
     Working at  Prior to the commencement of any operations at height,

    during lifting activity.
     All rigging equipment & tackles/ lifting accessories in date
    certified – Certification available.

     Weight of load checked against equipment’s capacity.


     In adverse winds or climate/weather conditions high
    wind/humidity/dusty all lifting works will be stopped.
     During the lifting, handling, and positioning of loads by
    equipment, no personnel must be in loads or vehicle’s path.
     TSA / Safety training awareness and Recorded Pre-Task
    briefing.
     Certified/competent/experienced scaffolders/supervisors
    on site
     Prior to commencement of any operations at height,
    supervisors will instruct personnel on the procedures and
    precautions to be followed when working at height.
     Approved HSE Inspected full body safety harnesses with
    double lanyards will be in use & 100 % tie off training
    (Internal) will be cascaded to the workforce. Training to be
    recorded.
     While working at height, all personnel will have their tools
    secured within the platform with toe board protection or
    toolkit holding belts so that they move with their hands free
    & do not drop tools.
     All safety line fittings and anchorages will be inspected by a
    competent person (Scaffold Inspector) before use or start of
    work.
     Access and egress shall be made free of obstruction.
     Mandatory wear of PPE
     Proper housekeeping to be ensured.
