Through Proficiency Testing Programs and the
Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory,
ASTM International offers laboratories worldwide
independent quality control and assessment
services. Proficiency Testing Programs cover
diverse industries, from additive manufacturing
and plastics to metals and petroleum, and enable
labs to compare their performance with other

The Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory
provides construction materials testing through
