4.4 Supplementary procedure for maintenance

4.4.1 Replacement procedure of hydraulic oil

CAUTION
Be sure to perform specified maintenance and inspections.
* The performance, service life, etc. of each device will vary greatly depending
on whether the maintenance and inspection are performed appropriately.
If the maintenance or inspection is not performed, it could cause serious
accidents. Also, it could prevent each device from demonstrating the desired
performance.
Take care not to touch. After using the deck crane, the temperature
of the hydraulic oil inside the hydraulic circuit or lubrication oil
inside the reduction gearbox is very high.
* Otherwise, it could cause a burn injury by contact with high temperature oil.

The replacement procedure of the hydraulic oil of the deck crane is as follows:

1 Discharge the hydraulic oil from the pump

intake part.
