 Study & analyze the inquiries received from customers.


 Timely preparation of proposal with correct specification as per RFQ.
 Lead generation through IndiaMart.
 Proposal making (Standard & Non Catalogue projects).
 Promoting the product by presentation of products, by brochures, by participating in
exhibitions.
 Follow up for submitted offers.
 Select the best suitable product for the customer requirement as per RFQ.
 Providing Compliance for technical data-sheets in line with customer requirement and
company standard.
 Resolve technical queries raised by customer.
 Building up closer bilateral relationship with customers by having communication with
customer regarding technical issues.
 Preparing Order acceptance through ERP system.
 Coordination with production department for project execution.

Designation: Sales Engineer - Application (1st October 2019 to 30th March 2021)
Responsibilities:

 Study & analyze the inquiries received from customers.


 Providing technical plus application information support to sales force as well as
customers.
 As per RFQ/RFP -Review and understand the customer requirements along with the
project specification & suggesting suitable solution.
 Seeking quotations from vendors for accessories and preparing bid costing and
submitting to customer
 Generating price data bank for standard bought out and keeping updated the same.
 For Standard and complex projects, Selection of the appropriate product and coordination
of creation of the product specification.
 Promoting the product by presentation of products, by brochures, by participating in
exhibitions.
 Seek clarifications required from customer or internals (Purchase, Design, QA, Planning).
 Select the best suitable product for the customer requirement as per RFQ.
 Prepare error free and simplified costing for the selected product considering the all cost
factors such as material, manufacturing, development cost (if any), testing/inspection
charges (as applicable) etc.
 Updating inquiries in ERP system on daily basis.
 Order processing and OA generation in ERP system.
 Preparing self-explanatory techno-commercial offers for customer.
 Preparing technical data-sheets in line with customer requirement and company standard.
 Resolve technical queries raised by customer.
 Review orders received for the projects (inquiries) handled and seek
 Clarifications/amendments if required in Purchase order received from customer.
 Prepare work orders to be followed by the Factory during order execution.
 Maintain MIS of received inquiries, offers & orders.
 Arrange & attend Kick-off meetings in pre-order & post order stages.
 Bidding tenders for Government agencies.
 Studying Tender Inquiries & preparing technical checklist.
 Coordinating with various internal dept.& field for completing the various kind of
documents as required.
 Processing refundable EMD & Security deposit through finance
 Preparation & dispatch of tenders.
 Quoting E tenders.
 Coordinating with finance dept. for BG, LC and export documents.
