The positive form is really easy. It’s just the verb (sometimes called the
infinitive, or the bare infinitive or the infinitive without ‘to’), and we add
an extra ‘s’ if the subject is ‘he’, ‘she’, or ‘it’.
I play tennis.
• He likes chocolate.
• It rains often.
• We travel a lot.
We use ‘do’ or ‘does’ before the subject to make ‘yes / no’ questions.
Do I play tennis?
Do we travel a lot?
To make a ‘wh’ question, you just put the question word at the front When do I
play tennis?
No, I don’t.

Let’s Begin…
When scientists don't know the cause of a medical condition, developing a drug
treatment takes significant trial and error, and lots of money— which is why we only
have drugs for a small proportion of diseases. Researchers are hoping to change
this using crowdsourced DNA. So how does this work, and what do your genes
have to do with it? Greg Foot digs into the science of therapeutic targets.

Development and expansion of a medicine costs a lot. This can change with
Medical Crowdsourcing dealing with our DNA, our genetic instruction manual
for producing proteins and getting rid of those that cause disease. This is
about getting several genomes and finding patterns in them to find the protein
that causes a disease.
