This PV system has been designed in accordance with power consumption profile of your
location/residence. The design has been proposed using optimal utilization of space on the
roof. The system shall ensure compliance to the design parameters mentioned in this
document. All relevant design and safety standards are adhered in designing and will be
taken care of at time of installation and maintenance.

Eagle Power Solution provides online monitoring of your system’s production through
mobile application.Our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team shall remain available
to resolve any technical queries/problems.

Transportation, Installation / Commissioning and Testing

Transportation / Storage:
● EPS will transport and deliver the Solar Panel & Inverter at Designated Site.
● The change in the site location may also require the revision of the transportation
charges or as mutually agreed at the time of contract/order.
Installation / Commissioning:
● Our installation team will be detailed to install the system at Designated Site; existing
wiring at site may be used wherever possible.

.Contractor’s Scope of Work:

• All Client complaints lodged through phone 051-5166990, 0333-5835053 during working
hours or by a concerned Technical Person 0333-551064 shall be responded within
seventy-two (72) hours in the event of breakdown or solar solution service disruption,
however, complaints logged after 6pm shall be treated on the next working day.
• Civil works for extra strength and to ensure there is no leakage through the roof.
• Net Meter installation at site.
i. Contractor will pay the NEPRA fee.
ii. Contractor will procure the whole current meter only.
iii. Contractor will be responsible for all the dealings with relevant DISCO.

Client’s Scope of Work:

• To provide secure premises for system installation.

• Ensure cleaning of solar panels which shall be a part of the operational maintenance to
be performed by the Client as per the agreed schedule i-e, to increase the average output
solar panels should be clean at least twice in a week if environment is dusty.
• Any upgrades or rectifications to the existing electrical system of the building which
includes, but is not limited to, interconnection of distribution boxes (DBs) on different
floors with each other, earthling if not mentioned in “Annexure A”, backup generator and
ATS integration, load breaker reassignments, and the associated material and labor for
this scope of work will be borne by the customer. Client shall be responsible to provide

three phase connection to the solar DB for inverter to work properly. (In case three phase
connection is not available client shall provide one).
• Ensure that the sites selected have consistent and stable Internet connectivity.
• Ensure that no unauthorized person has access to any key components of the system.
• Client shall be responsible to get sanction load enhanced on electricity bill if required at
the facility for net-metering.
• Client shall be responsible to get the name changed on electricity bill if required for net-
metering.
• Client shall be responsible to procure the MDI meter from DISCO if required at the site.
• Client shall be responsible for the timely payment to contractor as per the agreement.
• Clients are strongly insisted to get insurance for the system to mitigate the risk of theft,
environmental hazards or any other loss caused by factors our of limit of controls.

Terms and Conditions

Prices:
● We are pleased to our offer/quote attached as Annex-A for the Supply, Installation,
Testing and Commissioning of 6KW ON Hybrid Solar Power System
Payment Terms:
● 60 % on advance at the time of Agreement.
● 30 % after Delivery of Goods.
● 5% after Installation of System.
● 5% on Commissioning of Green meter.

Delivery:
● After receiving the confirmed purchase order delivery will be within 4-8 weeks.
Delivery period can be improved depending upon the stock.

● Warranty of Inverter is 5 Year.

● The Performance warranty of Solar Modules is 30 & Product Warranty is 15 Year from
the date of installation at site, which does not cover the following:

● Damage caused by an accident, negligence, abuse, or misuse.

● The load current exceeds the system's ratings.

● Unauthorized tampering or repair attempts

● Majored force situation

Project Milestone
Delivery 2nd Week after conformation of Project.
Installation & testing 1st Week after Delivery.
Green Meter & 4th Weeks after Conformation of Project. However, Green meter
Commissioning installation may take some time due to phases & Sync load issues.

Financial Offer

Total cost for the Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of above mention System is:
• 1,307,000.0/ - PKR
• Project Cost per watt is 217.83/ - PKR
