Thank you for providing LitUp Solar the opportunity to conduct business with yourself. We assure you of
delivering the best results for your current project as well as any future assignments. As you know that Solar
energy is already much cost-effective in comparison to diesel (or other fossil fuels) and with the unending power
woes coupled with perpetual hikes in grid electricity prices over the past few years, solar electricity has now
progressed into most viable power solution for the country. According to latest studies world-wide renewables
are a better investment than the stock market, as we keep using electricity during recessions. A unit produced by
Diesel costs between 24–32 PKR per unit whereas solar unit produced would range between 7 – 9 PKR per unit.
There are couple of options available for solar project installation, and we make sure that all the option are
known to our clients before execution of project. We strongly believe to equip our clients with the most updated
and accurate information available and encourage our clients to discuss all alternative options before opting for
a selection best suited to their needs.

* Performance warranty of solar panel refers to a minimum amount of power output after 25-year expected life. All solar panels
slowly reduce power output over time due to well-known phenomenon called Light Induced Degradation (LID). P-type panels
lost 3% in the first year, while annual loss over remaining 24 years is much less (around 0.3% to 0.7% per year)
** Product warranty is the manufacturer’s warranty that protects the customer against defects that may have occurred due to
manufacturing errors, quality issues, or component and material failures. All warranties are claimed at customer end.

Price Validity: Prices are valid for 02 Days from the quoted date. (Based on availability of stock)
Estimation of cabling, protection devices, installation supplies, structure, and
transport are based on average installation sites. Final cost can be confirmed only
after actual visit at the site, which may differ from initially quoted price.
Price Variation: Our prices are strictly based on current import tariff and USD exchange rates. Any
increase in USD beyond 1% would force us to revise the prices accordingly.
Payment Terms: As Discussed,. (• 70% advance • 20% on Installation• 10 % on Net Metering)
Delivery Time: Standard delivery time 10-15 days after acceptance by customer.
Warranties: Solar PV Panels generally comes with12 years manufacturing warranty, along with
25-30 years performance warranty. IP65 Inverters mostly comes with 5 years
manufacturing warranty. All Warranties are covered according to brand’s warranty
statements & policies.
Force Majeure: This quotation is subjected to all standard conditions and circumstances. Supplier will
not be held responsible under this Agreement for any unavoidable event, even if
foreseeable, which is beyond the control of Litup Solar, including any natural hazard
(hailstorms, arial bullets, extreme windstorms, lightning strike, flood, etc.), fire, civil
commutations, strikes, law & order conditions, war, riot, or any other similar event,
and any disturbances directly affecting over which supplier has no control.
Order Reversal: Within 3 days: The advance payment will be refunded back
After 3 days: Advance payment will be non-refundable or 10% deduction.
