1.0 INTRODUCTION
Tesla is being sued by a second female employee for sexual harassment in less than a
month with the two lawsuits alleging a “hostile work environment” against women at the car
maker’s U.S. factory. (REUTERS, 9 December 2021). She alleges the manager hugged and
massaged her while making crude and suggestive remarks. Tesla and other defendants
subjected her to "a hostile work environment stemming from animus towards her gender,
sexual harassment. The lawsuit alleges that Tesla and other defendants failed to prevent
and take corrective actions over sexual harassment and retaliation.

5.0 BENEFITS AND JUSTIFICATIONS
5.1 Create a friendly work environment, give counseling tools, and place a high priority on
open communication in order to protect employees' mental health throughout upsetting
events. Provide mental health days, respond to issues right away, and foster an
understanding workplace culture to assist staff members feel resilient and protected in trying
circumstances.
5.2 Workers have a sense of psychological safety and job stability when they feel protected.
This results in a greater readiness to positively participate, a reduction in stress, and an
improvement in job satisfaction. Consequently, a secure workforce increases employee
engagement, motivation, and focus, which in turn increases total business productivity.
6.0 BUDGET
Total RM3950
● RM3950 is the total budget to hold this training program. As mentioned in the table
above, we need to pay the expert person RM500 per session, RM3150 for the food
and beverage, last but not least RM300 is prize for the winner who’s present the best
presentation about sexual harassment issue. Everything required is included in this
price.
