Knowing the banks financing procedure and the assigned duties and responsibility
of the process
Need to be aware of the governing rule and fencing principles of the bank ,
regulatory organs NBE,
Resource augmentation and allocation of funds
Financing documentation e.g FR, licenses, all legal documents, 5c , FAF and other
post sanction and sub documents
Need to be Aware about financing follow-up case by case physical, financial and
legal
Need to be Aware about SPM and bad debt (NPLs) on the profit and asset quality of
the bank.

Assigned the management trainee in those selected branch.
Manage the performance of management trainee during the on job training time
aligned with the probation period
Support the branch manager technically
4.2 The role of Branch operation department
Closely follow up the day to day activity progress
Mentoring and evaluation
Support the branch manager actively
Prepare final performance appraisal examination
4.3 The role of Branch Manager
Manage and lead the daily operation based on the guideline.
Coach and mentor the trainee and be exemplary in performing quality service and
create team work.
Take charge to capacitate the branch banking knowledge for each and every
management trainee
Deeply evaluate their level of understanding on banks product and service, their
level of communication, client centric mind seat.
Report their performance to HR and branch operation at weekly bases
