1. Pursuant to Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2024-0037, Guidelines on the


Conduct of the IN-SERVICE Training for Teachers (INSET) for School Year 2023-
2024.The National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) ensure the
continuous pursuit of excellence in providing quality professional
development programs for teachers and school leaders and as stipulated in
DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2023 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School
Calendar and Activities for School Year 2023-2024, this office announces the
conduct of the In-Service Training on January 24-26 & 29-30, 2024 at Pililla
National Gymnasium, Pililla, Rizal

2. This activity aims that the participants will be:

 Instill a commitment to lifelong learning and continuous


professional development and stay updated on evolving teaching
methodologies and pedagogical innovations.
 Gain knowledge and skills needed in the implementation of the
National Learning Camp, National Reading Program, and National
Mathematics Program, ultimately contributing to improved student
learning outcomes."
 Establish deeper understanding about child protection policy by
revisiting the Regional Memorandum 217, DepEd Order No.40,
s.2012 and DepEd Order No.31, s.2018

 Organize evidence of their teaching practices, student engagement,


and professional development activities to support their Mid-Year
Performance Review
 To design assessment tools through crafting Exams and Tables of
Specifications for Effective Learning.

3. All participants are enjoined to accomplish/submit their output to the


resource speakers and/or to the concerned personnel as means of

In line with this, the Pililla National High


School will be conducting In-Service Training
with the theme: ‘’Empower Educators: A
Dynamic Journey in Developing
Professional Growth”, on January 24-26 &
29-30,2024.

INSET refers to a modality of professional


development intervention organized either at
the school (school-based INSET) or
division/district level (cluster-based INSET) to
address and resolve areas of need identified
by the teachers or school leaders
to continuously improve their competencies.
INSET classes are participatory and should be
offered to small groups to maximize impact on
teacher and school leader quality. Thus, the
