4
ACHIEVEMENTS/STRENGTHS
I as a trainee I have learnt numerous knowledge and skills in this field particularly in plastering
and wall construction. When constructing wall using hardcore or block is different when using
bricks based on sand and cement usage, Bricks consume more sand and cement as opposed to
blocks since they are smaller in size. Bricks are laid down while blocks are laid while standing
when construction is done.
5
PROBLEMS/CHALLENGES
Being that Felicon Technical Services is a registered company offering attachment services to
will trainees, the company sometimes could not accommodate students regularly due to
insufficient construct sums or constructional materials, sometimes students could go on two
weeks without going to field.
6
SOLUTIONS
The company when offering attachment vacancies should be careful with time and well-being of
the trainees since sometimes they could stay away from the field within a continuous period of 2
weeks without working.
7
CONCLUSIONS
In conclusion, the company should be well planned and managed in their work in order to avoid
confusion within the trainees and people offering them services.
