    On behalf of the Level 1 BSN Students from Blocks A and C, currently enrolled in the
    GEC 16 ART APPRECIATION course, we extend warm greetings. Our purpose in
    reaching out to you is to discuss an upcoming event integral to our academic
    curriculum.

    As part of our Finals output, we plan to organize a Variety Show Performance


    themed "The Healing Power of Art" on December 16, 2023. The venue for this event
    is proposed to be the Bicol University Tabaco Student’s Center, with a scheduled
    duration from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This exciting culminating activity will provide us
    students with an opportunity to showcase our artistic talents and express our deep
    passion for the world of art.

    Acknowledging the significance of maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the


    Student’s Center, we wish to reassure you of our dedication to promptly returning the
    venue to its original state after the conclusion of our event

    In light of the above, we humbly and respectfully seek your favorable consideration to
    grant us permission to utilize the Bicol University Tabaco Student’s Center for our
    culminating activity on the specified date. Your support in approving this request will
