    Dear Prof. Dalangin:

    Greetings of peace!

    The Batangas State University ARASOF-Nasugbu Grade 12 students believe that life without art is
    basically dull and without meaning. The said students also believe in every individual’s creative skills and
    capabilities that would provide an avenue for personal improvement and enhanced potentials when it
    comes to art. This premise led the students’ instructor to conduct a special subject-related activity for the
    grade 12 students.

    The students’ Contemporary Arts instructor, Mrs. Eloisa V. Bausas, is planning to conduct a special class
    activity entitled “Meet-and-Greet with the Contemporary Arts: Tuy Pride”. With this, the guest speaker
    and is the artist, Mr. Nante C. Carandang, is expected in the special class activity. The said event is a one-
    hour activity of grade 12 students of the Laboratory School, for them to appreciate the beauty and the
    pureness of contemporary arts throughout the modern generation from different regions.

    With this regard, we would like to ask for your good office approval to allow us to conduct the said
    activity. The activity is scheduled at September 5, 2018, Wednesday, 3 pm to 4 pm at the CTE Function
    Room.

    We hope this letter merits your kind approval. Furthermore, we are hoping for your utmost support in this
    endeavor. Thank you and more power!
