sites of Phase 7 & 8. Verification of 100 to 150 IPCs per month of different values.
• Directed the quality team assigned to ensure quality standards, material inspection and formally
supervised the sites including road construction, patch work, sewerage, water supply, earthwork,
walkways and electric cables laying as per specification and drawing.

Responsibilities:
• Handled and controlled the verification tasks of site activities as per drawing and specification of 2 x
G+7, 4 Bed apartments.
• Monitored the project progress on the bases of RAR and reporting through daily and weekly report
using MS Excel.
• Handed over one block before the targeted schedule with good quality and standards.
• Formally supervised construction work, material inspection.
• Directed site supervisor to ensure the construction to be done as per specification and
