DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES

 Support the management in the tendering of projects, execution of the projects and updating the policy,
objectives, procedure and manuals for projects and reporting to the Management.
 Preparation of check list, safe working procedure for operations related to work.
 Familiar with the preparation of safety manual, Training manual, Housekeeping procedures
 Ensure protective and safety devices are in good condition and used correctly.
 To undertake safety induction/orientation and compile safety reports.
 Ensure that all plants, equipment, installations work as per HSE rules, standards & codes of practice
during all phases of implementation on plant.
 Accomplish daily Tool Box Talk and PEP Talk to all workers in workplace. Ensure proper work site
inspections to identify and correct any existing unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
 Evaluating the effectiveness of contribution. Collecting the Material safety data for
safety analysis/performance and using raw materials.
 Everyday monitoring the work area to identify work hazards and taking prompt action to prevent further
