    TRIBAL SUBANEN SRESOLUTION NO. 2021-001

    RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY MEMBERS THRU


    THE BARANGAY CAPTAIN ALEC A. CANTILA, TO DISBURSE THE AMOUNT OF
    FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 5,000.00) TO PROCURE RELIEF GOODS FOR THE
    TRIBAL SUBANEN OF BARANGAY POBLACION NORTH,PINAN,ZAMBOANGA
    DEL NORTE

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Barangay appropriation ordinance No. 02, series of 2020, that
    Culture and Tourism has appropriation for the conduct of Indigenous Peoples week of Barangay
    Poblacion North,Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte;
    WHEREAS, the Tribal Subanen Official of Barangay Poblacion North, noting that their
    co –Subanen of Barangay Poblacion North, facing the problem such as foods and livelihood, due
    to the global health problem which is called COVID-19 pandemic disease;

    WHEREAS, pursuant to the provincial Executive Order No. 21-42 and 21-44, all series
    of 2021, on the implementation of modified enhanced community quarantine in the whole
    province of Zamboanga Del Norte for the period June 1, 2021 to June15, 2021 can cause of
    poverty and lack of food supplement in their co- subanen;

    WHEREAS, after the lengthen discussion of the Trival Subanen officials, they both
    agree to use the funds to overcome the problem, which is now encounter to their co-Subanen
    Tribe in the Barangay Poblacion North;

    NOW, THERFORE, on motion of Sogo Masalag, Julito D. Oya, duly seconded by all
    Tribal Subanen officials present, it was;

    RESOLVED it is hereby RESOLVED to pass a resolution requesting the Sangguniang


    Barangay Members thru the Barangay captain Alec A. Cantila, to disburse the amount of Five
    Thousand Pesos (₱ 5,000.00) to procure relief goods for the Tribal Subanen of barangay
    Poblacion North,Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte

    FURTHER RESOLVED, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Barangay Captain


    Alec A. Cantila and Sangguniang Barangay Members, thru the Sangguniang Barangay
    Secretariat Dhelia I. Bayer, for its proper information and approval.

    CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
