    A RESOLUTION STRENTHENING THE ORDINANCE PROHIBITING


    STORES TO SELL INTOXICATING DRINKS AND CIGARETTES TO MINORS
    IN BARANGAY DINGANEN, BULDON, MAGUINDANAO.

    WHEREAS, Section 13 of the 1987 Constitution provides that the states recognizes
    the vital role of the youth in nation building and shall promote and protect their physical,
    moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth
    patriotism and nationalism, and encourage the involvement in public and civil affair;

    WHEREAS, the main goal of Barangay Dinganen, is to protect the minors from all
    the vices or bad effect of the intoxicating drinks and cigarettes that may harm their health
    and also their future;

    NOW, THEREFORE, On motion of Hon. Mario M. Mina, Committee Chair on


    Rules and Privileges, Ordinances and Legal Matters seconded en massed;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, as it is hereby resolved aforesaid resolution strengthening


    the resolution prohibiting the stores to sell intoxicating drinks and cigarettes to minors in
    Barangay Dinganen, Buldon, Maguindanao is necessary for the strong implementation of
    this said ordinance;

    I HEREBY CERTIFY on the correctness of the aboved quoted Resolution.
