* By the end of this lesson , students are expected to achieve the following objectives :
1.Knowledge :
- Vocabulary : town house (n), country house (n), flat (n),….
- Pronunciation : the final sounds /s / and /z/ correctly;
- Grammar : possessive case and prepositions of place
2. Compentencies :
a. General compentencies :
- Form and improve such competencies as: collaboration, teamwork, communication,
presentation, problem- solving skills .
b. Specific compentencies :
Students will be able to pratice reading and listening the conversation between Mi and Nick
about types of rooms and houses. using possesive case to describe possesion; using
prepositions of place to describe where people or things are;
3. Qualities:
The love of learning English. The love of their own room and house .
The knowledge of working in group, individual work, pairwork, cooperative learning and
communicative competence.

Students will be able to know the names of the rooms and the names of furniture in the

-To revise / teach the names of furniture pieces.
-To help students identify how to pronounce the final sounds /s/ and /z/ at the end of the

- Guessing game (ask and answer about the furniture in a room)
- Pronounce the final sounds /s/ and /z/ at the end of the words.
3.Products:
- Ss ask and answer( pair work) in front of the class.
