a. Senor Frogs Concept

Grupo Anderson's, which started in 1969, has been the “infamous party scene" for more than 40 years.
Señor Frog's is the flagship brand of Groupo Anderson's restaurant group and is world-renowned for its
energetic party atmosphere.

Señor Frog's is a place where people from all over the world come together to sing, dance, and have a
good time. At Señor Frog's, you make the rules!

If you've ever been to a Señor Frog’s anywhere around the world, you know we have daily live music,
DJs, contests, karaoke and more! Our bar is always going into the carly morning hours.

b. Location

We are inside of the Treasure Island Casino and Hotel - Overlooking the strip - exact address 3300 S Las
Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89109

c. Hours of Operation
i. Kitchen Hours
This is the schedule that our kitchen operates, we suggest our guests to
arrive at least 30 minutes early before the kitchen closes. At 9:30PM we
do the kitchen’s last call to the seating guests.

Monday through Wednesday 4PM to 10PM

Thursday through Sunday 11AM to 10PM

ii. Bar, Open Bar and Djs Hours

Bar Hours
Monday through wednesday Bar stays open from 4PM to 2AM
Thursday and Sunday Bar Stays Open until 3AM
Friday and Saturday Bar Stays Open until 5AM

Open Bar
Tuesdays through Sundays Open Bar goes from 9PM to 2AM.
 Important Note***Entrance is only available before 1AM. After 1AM
Admission charges may apply during the week days and sunday.

Fridays and saturdays admission fee starts at $55 dollar at 1AM and does
not include open bar.

DJ Hours
Tuesday, wednesday, thursday and sunday we have 1 or 2 Djs
depending on attendance with 2 atmospheres, latin and hip hop.

Friday and Saturday we have 3 Djs, with 3 different atmospheres. Mixed

Latin/Open Format, Hip Hop and Latin Banda

Live Banda
Only available Fridays and Saturdays we have Live Banda in the Second
Floor of Senor Frogs - They play 2 sets of about 45 mins after 1:30 AM
with a 1 hour intermission between sets.

d. 1st Floor Layout

Capacity: 250 seating - 1000 Standing

Group Bookings and Restaurant - In the first floor we operate the restaurant and nightclub -
For Group bookings we have a max of aprox 50 people seating (food and drinks) and 100
standing (just Drinking) - We use casino restrooms.

Nightclub - We have 2 Djs, 1 in cancun (Playing Hip Hop and Open Format/Top Hits) and
another DJ by the main pista stage (Playing Latino, Reggaeton and Latin Top Hits)
 e. 2nd Floor Layout

Capacity: 250 seating - 1000 Standing

This floor stays closed and only opens for one of the following 3 reasons:

Drag Brunch - Here the Voss Events Drag Brunch performs (This show does NOT belong to
Senor Frogs but they have been partners for over 6 years) - Second Floor is unavailable for
bookings thursday through sunday from 9AM to 5PM

Nightclub - We have 1 Djs playing Latin Open Format and Live Banda (Mexican Banda Music)
Second Floor is unavailable for bookings thursday through sunday from 11PM to 6AM

Group Bookings of 100 People or more - Groups that require Buffet, we always position
upstairs, this provides easy access to assemble and disassemble the buffet line.
 f. Food Menu

We serve delicious Mexican food made from scratch - Menu made by acclaimed chef Paco
Cortes.

Vegan and Vegetarian options.

Average Check is $30 to $35 per person.

g. Drinks
i. Sizes

Draft Beer - 16 Fl Oz
Standard Size Cocktails - 12 Fl Oz
Yard - 28 Oz ( Almost 3 regular size Cocktails)

ii. Menu

We are known for our delicious signature shots and cocktails, but we serve a
variety of beers and liquors as well. Please check our drink menu by following

h. Guest Experience Sequence

This explains the process in which a guest is served in the restaurant.

1. HostStand - First point of contact with the restaurant, here the Hostess answer
questions like: Is there a wait time?, how long is the wait time? Do i get a text
when my table is ready? Lost and Found? As well as requests as adding a name
to the restaurant waiting list or getting seated in a table or bar table in the
restaurant.
2. Server - Second point of contact with the restaurant will be the server, the server
will approach the table, introduce themselves to the guests, and will ask for the
drink order.
3. Bartender - The Bartender will make the drinks that the server rings, or in the
case of having a Self Serve table, or else known as bar table, the bartender will
act as both server and bartender, as the bartender will not only make the drinks
but also take the food order.
4. Kitchen - Here the food is cooked, plated and garnished (decorated)
5. Food Runner - Third point of contact with the guests, as they bring the food to
the guests once the kitchen has produced the dishes ringed by the server
6. Busser - The Busser job is to clean or “buss” the table after the guests are done
eating.
 7. Porter - He cleans the table area to ensure the floor around the table is clean for
the next set of guests.

i. Lost and Found

When getting questions about lost and found please direct people to approach the
hoststand located by the casino entrance for help.

j. Reservations
i. General Rules for Group Reservations
We have a certain amount of charges and fees that are always included to group
reservations, this fees are the following:
● Tax - Taxes in vegas are %8.375
● Gratuity - also known as service charge or tips, we charge %18.

Some of the packages below offer all inclusive prices - meaning that Tax and
Gratuity are included already in the price.

ii.
1. Groups of 15 people or less - What Happened Yesterday
For groups of 15 people or less we offer the What Happened Yesterday
Package.

● Concept

Price: $60 per person (includes tax and gratuity)

What Includes:
1 Welcome Signature Shot
1 Choice of Entree
between our burgers, tacos, Burrito Bowls or choice of Chicken Tropical Salad or Chicken Caesar
Salad
1 Hour House Open Bar
(No shots, No Frozen Drinks - It Includes House Mixed Drinks)

iii. Groups of 15 to 49 people

● Family Style and Drinking Package Options

Family Style means that food is brought in large platters with mixed items designed to be
placed in the center of table and shared among guests. This helps the kitchen as it is
easier to put out a mixed platter with many options rather than 5 different individual
dishes. Minimum consumption is 1 any food platter for each 5 guests.

Meaning for a group of 20 guests we will have a minimum food consumption of at least 4
food platters + a drinking package (Open Bar Package or at least 1 Drinking ticket per
person)

 ● The Mixed Platter Includes 15 Mixed Taco Tray with Asada, Chicken and Carnitas
Tacos

● The Taco Platter includes 5 Carnitas Tacos, 5 Asada Tacos and 5 Chicken Tacos

● The Wing Platter Includes Mixed Flavored Fried Chicken Wings: 10 Chilli BBQ, 10
Mango Habanero, 10 Chipotle BBQ and 10 Buffalo
