4.1 YQ-YKS130 Fiber Opener

Function：
The different kinds of fibers are conveyed to the feeding roller through the feeding flat curtain, and then
released at high speed by the release roller. After that, the fiber and raw materials are conveyed by the
cotton conveying fan with an appropriate amount of air volume for the subsequent work. The fiber and
raw materials loosened by this machine have good effect, even and meticulous.

4.2 Vibrating Feeding Machine

(1) Function ：
This machine is used to transported the fiber(after opening and blending) to the carding machine for
next process.
(2) The main technical parameters and specifications：

① The frame wallboard is made of Q235A steel plate by NC laser cutting;

output curtain is leather curtain;

4.3 Carding Machine

Function and Features：

The structure of this machine is four feeding rollers, single cylinder and double doffer, which is
suitable for polyester, polypropylene and other chemical fibers, as well as carding and netting some
natural fibers(sheep wool, alpaca fiber and others).
The machine body is made from cast iron with stable structure, sheet metal cover is processed by
laser cutting and NC bending which is beautiful and generous.The cover can be lifted and lowered
through the air cylinder, which is convenient and safe.
All rollers are dynamically balanced, the jumpiness of rollers is controlled within 3S(1mm=100S),
the operation is stable and reliable, and the height of base is 600mm, which is convenient for daily
maintenance.
Equipped with suction fan and metal detection device.
The working rollers are controlled by a separate motor, and the speed of the working rollers is
adjusted according to cylinder and different raw materials, so as to get the best carding effect.

4.4 Cross Lapping Machine

The machine is used to cross fold the carded fibers and evenly lay them into a fiber layer with a
certain thickness and width. The frame of the cross lapping machine is made of 8mm steel plate. The
reciprocating commutation is controlled by the frequency conversion motor, which can automatically
buffer and balance the commutation, and is equipped with multi-stage speed control. The bottom curtain
can be adjusted for lifting, so that the fiber layer can be evenly stacked on the bottom curtain according to
the required unit gram weight for the next process.

4.5 Needle Loom (Middle Speed)

The machine is connected with the cross lapping machine. The fiber layer conveyed by the cross
lapping machine is very fluffy and easy to loose when entering the needle punching machine; After
needling by the needle punching machine, the fluffy degree and thickness of the fiber web can meet the
quality requirements of non-woven felt.

4.6 Cutting and Winding Machine

（1）This machine is mainly used to cut off the rough edges (irregular edges) of non woven quilt, soft
wadding, needle punching fabric and others and curl them into rolls, which is convenient for users to
carry and store. It can also divide the finished products into different sizes according to the requirements
of customers, and has the function of counting.
