    model introduction：

    Cutting machine door frame is mainly composed of the main beam and two

    longitudinal end frame. The beam is made of aluminum alloy. The bed is finished

    by steel structure welded gantry planer after vibration aging.

    Longitudinal drive device：

    Longitudinal work accuracy and positioning accuracy requirements are

    relatively high.

    The machine uses bilateral high-precision gear, rack transmission. Gear, rack,

    machining accuracy and installation accuracy are necessary to ensure the working

    accuracy of the host.

    Under the control of the CNC numerical control system, coupled with the

    optical encoder to detect and control the speed and position, it is easy to control

    the working accuracy of the machine.


    The machine speed control adopts frequency conversion speed regulating

    drive amplifier, which can not only ensure the machine has good transmission

    characteristics in the whole speed regulating range, but also ensure the

    positioning accuracy of the machine in the speed regulating range.

    Transverse drive device：

    The requirements of working accuracy and positioning accuracy of transverse

    drive are the same as those of longitudinal drive.

    The transverse drive is guided by linear guide rail. Using the same drive control

    mode with the longitudinal, that is, high-precision gear, rack drive, under the

    control of CNC numerical control system, coupled with the optical encoder speed

    and position detection control, it is easy to control the working accuracy of the

    machine.

    The machine speed control adopts frequency conversion speed regulating

    Transverse drive device：

    Controller for independent control cabinet, effectively prevent interference,

    The emergency switch is installed in eye-catching color at one end of the

    machine beam, as long as the switch is pressed, the machine immediately stops

    running and closes all solenoid valves. After the emergency stop switch is

    removed, the machine can be started again without any adjustment.
