Balanced diet
In order to avoid overweight and obesity you
should eat fruits, vegetables, and low-fat
foods daily.
Drinking water is not more important than
food. Both are important.

Exercise
In orden to avoid heart problems and reduce
stress you need do exercise to strengthen
bones, heart and lungs, tone muscles and
improve vitality.
Exercising to increase your self-esteem is also
recommended.

Go to the doctor
You should go to the doctor to find out your
health statud.
Carry out check-ups at least once a year to
avoid self-medication and receive
professional advice.

Clean your environment


Clean the home to avoid the spread of
diseases and give a feeling of peace and
comfort.

Take care of your mental health


Keep in contact with your loved ones, do
activities that you like and if possible visit a
professional to avoid mental breakdown.
Mental health is as important as physical
health.

Spend time outdoors


Connect with nature to avoid mental illness
and get vitam B from the sun.
Try to be the healthiest in your environment
Spending time outside is as important as
wearing sunscreen.

People who exercise live longer than those who don't
