When we grow our body , we needs protein to make new cells. our
body may need to replace old or damaged cells.
We need enough protein in your food for this as well.
Carbohydrates are a primary source of energy for the body.

Fibre odds bulk to our food. Since it is not digested. it passes down the
entire gut from mouth to anus. The muscles of the gut need something
to push against. It's like squeezing toothpaste out of a tube.Fibre
absorbs poisonous wastes from digesting foods.It prevents
constipation.Many doctors believe that a high-fibre diet lowers the level
of cholesterol in the blood. Fibre reduces the risk of heart disease and
bowel cancer.

Sausage and Chicken, contain no vitamin C.
Vitamin C is vital for collagen synthesis, immune function, and
antioxidant protection.
