The File of Fatema (sa) : INTRODUCTION

Chapter 1:

Peace be upon Fatema (sa), her father Mustafa (peace and blessings be upon him and his
family), her husband Murtadha (as) and the infallibles from her progeny and her descendants.
Peace and blessings of Allah be upon the followers of Fatema (sa) in every period of time and in
every place.

Points that are needed to highlight before we open this file:

• I wished that these files could be much longer in order to research every major and minor
details of this topic.

• I hope that these files could be translated into the major languages which are spoken across
the globe.

• The material in these files is not to provoke anyone nor to cause disturbance, but rather it is to
present facts which are found in our books as well as in the books of our opponents.

• This file contains facts and documents from the depths of history, which got distorted by the
pens of historians and narrators who were slaves of the throne. So:

THE CRIME REMAINS UNSOLVED AND THE CRIMINALS REMAINED UNKNOWN

And that's how history treated the oppression against Sayyidah Fatema (sa) either by denying,
doubting or distorting.

Love of Ahlulbayth (as) is the wage of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon
him and his family)’s efforts

Allamah Hilli (r.a.) records in his book Kashf al-Haqq:

“The majority of Muslims have narrated in their two Saheeh (Bukhari and Muslim),
Ahmad Ibn Hanbal in his Musnad, al-Tha’labi in his exegesis from Ibn Abbas that when
the verse,

‘Say (O Prophet)! I don’t ask from you any reward or wage for my efforts in Prophethood
except the love of my closest family members’
Surah Shura, verse 23

They asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah! Who are your closest relatives whose love has been
made obligatory upon us?’ He (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) replied:
‘Ali, Fatema and their two sons’

Behaar al-Anwaar, vol. 23, p. 232

Who is the closest person to Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his
family) ?

It's the familial relationship according to the most basic linguistic meaning.

Which person in His (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) family had the closest
relationship ?

It's His (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) daughter Fatima (sa)

Is there anyone who has more closer familial relation than her ?

• I am not an argument upon anyone and I don't represent any party. Only Ahlulbayth ‫ع‬
represent Shi'ism

"Today, I have perfected your religion for you, and I have completed My blessing upon
you, and I have approved Islam as your religion"

Surah al Mai'da, verse 3

Since it is a perfect religion, therefore it should be represented by the perfect people and the
perfect ones are the Holy Infallibles (as). No matter how righteous, virtuous and knowledge the
jurist's be, no matter who the speaker is.

Shaykh Tusi in 'Al-Ghaybah', Shaykh al-Saduq in 'Kamāl al-Din' and al-Tabarsi in 'Al-Ihtijāj' have
narrated from Ishaq ibn Ya’qub that the Mahdi (a.s) said:

‫ أما الحوادث الواقعة فارجعوا فيها إلى رواة حديثنا فإنهم حجتي عليكم و أنا حجة‬:)‫قال اإلمام الحجة القائم (عجل هللا تعالى فرجه الشريف‬

The above mentioned statement shows that the authority of scholars and jurist's is temporary
and depends upon how close they are to the Ahlulbayth ‫ ع‬.

Imam Sadiq (as):

'And rather, this was Revealed regarding the Jewish people, and they, in the era of Muhammad
(peace and blessings be upon him and his family), were not killing the Prophets of Allah with
their hands, nor were they (doing so) in their eras. But rather, their former ones killed those who
were from before them, so the killing of those descended with them, and Allah made them to be
from them, and added to them the deeds of their former ones due to following them and
befriending them'

Tafsir al-Ayyashi, Tafsir al Burhan, under the exegesis of this verse.

Even if you look at the books of our opponents you will find similar explanations that the Quran
considered the Jews as the killers of the previous Prophets (as) because of their LOVE for
their ancestors who killed the previous Prophets (as)

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Marwak ibn Ubayd from
a man from Abu AbdAllah (as) who has said the following:

AbuAbdAllah (as) once said: 'May Allah condemn al-Qadriah, may Allah condemn al-Khawarij,
may Allah condemn al-Murji’a and may Allah condemn al-Murji’a'

I asked: 'Why did you condemn these once and those twice ?'

The Imam said: These say: ‘Our assassins are believers, thus our blood will stain their clothes
up to the Day of Judgment. Allah has quoted a people in His book:

'...Allah has commanded us not to believe in any messenger unless he brings us an

offering to be consumed by fire (from the heaven) Say, ˹O Prophet˺ “Other prophets did
in fact come to you before me with clear proofs and ˹even˺ what you demanded—why
then did you kill them, if what you say is true ?'

Surah Aale Imran, verse 183

The Imam said; 'Between the people saying such things and the killers there was a period of
five hundred years. Allah held them (the former) responsible for murder due to their condoning
such an act'
Al-Kāfi - Volume 2, pg 409, The Book of Belief and Disbelief, Kinds of People Opposed to Shi’a,
al-Qadria, al-Khawarij, al-Murji’ah and People of Towns (Names of People of Certain Beliefs),
H1

So, should we stop talking about the oppression done on Sayyidah Fatima (sa) so that our
clothes become covered with Her (sa) blood ?

And that is why we do find in the books of hadiths that a killed one comes on the day of
judgement and a single man killed him but his killers are gathered in dozens ? Why ? The
hadiths state that anyone in the East or the West of the earth who heard the killing of that killed
and was happy with it, then he is a partner in this crime. That's why we read in Ziyarat e
Waritha:

And from the previous chain from Abdillah b. Amru b. Shimr from Jabir from Abi Jafar (as) who
said: “One who is unaware of evil and injustice to us and usurpation of our rights and does not
think of them as wrong deeds, is a supporter of those who oppress us”

Thawāb al-Aʿmāl waʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl > vol 1, pg 208, Punishment of enmity with Amirul Momineen

It means that he who doesn't know the extent of the oppression that happened to the Ahlulbayth
‫ ع‬while he is able to know, then he's an associate to who did the oppression against the
Ahlulbayth ‫ ع‬.

Due to the call of the Holy Quran (as quoted above) and the call of the Infallibles (as), we are
opening this file. The answer lies in these illuminated words which we have quoted.

HOW DO WE DEAL WITH THIS FILE ?

: I do not intend to have discussions in this folder in the fashion of historians, in the game of
sources and chains of narrators. They play this game in a way they want and thus facts are lost.
We shall investigate this crime like how investigators solve crimes

• By looking for evidences

• Search for the criminals
• Finding the way of murder
• Unmasking the details and the process of the murder

The investigators don't search for sources but rather they search for clues and according to the
famous rule in Criminology:

• There is no perfect crime

• The criminal remains around the crimescene
• Traces of crime will always remain close to the criminal

Why you are not relying on sources ?

We put forth an example to support our claim:

Umar said:

When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) passed away,
Abu Bakr said: I am the successor of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him
and his family). Both of you came to demand your shares from the property (left behind by the
Messenger of Allah). (Referring to Abbas and Imam Ali ‫)ع‬, he said: You demanded your share
from the property of your nephew, and he (referring to Imam Ali ‫ )ع‬demanded a share on behalf
of his wife from the property of her father. Abu Bakr said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and
blessings be upon him and his family) had said: We do not have any heirs; what we leave
behind is (to be given in) charity' So both of you thought him to be a LIAR, SINFUL,
TREACHEROUS AND DISHONEST. And Allah knows that he was true, virtuous, well-guided
and a follower of truth. When Abu Bakr passed away and (I have become) the successor of the
Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and Abu Bakr, you
thought me to be a LIAR, SINFUL, TREACHEROUS AND DISHONEST. And Allah knows that I
am true, virtuous, well-guided and a follower of truth

Sahih Muslim, The Book of Jihad and Expeditions, Chp: Ruling on Fai' (Booty acquired without
fighting), (In Book 32, Hadith 58)

The same hadith with same narrators is narrated in Sahih al-Bukhari, Chp: One-fifth of Booty to
the Cause of Allah (Khumus), H 3094, but Bukhari ommitted Imam Ali's ‫ ع‬stance on Abu Bakr
and Umar (curse be upon them). Muslim mentioned the narration with details but Bukhari
distorted it.

Is this not deception and concealment of facts ?

Then what is the use of the chain of narrators, if this is the case ?

The issue of deception is not restricted to Bukhari, but rather it is also committed by those from
whom Bukhari narrated. We show another example:

Narrated Aisha:
When the ailment of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) became
aggravated and his disease became severe, he asked his wives to permit him to be nursed
(treated) in my house. So they gave him the permission. Then the Prophet came (to my house)
with the support of two men, and his legs were dragging on the ground, between Abbas, and
another man. 'Ubaidullah (the sub narrator) said, "I informed `Abdullah bin `Abbas of what
`Aisha said. Ibn `Abbas said: 'Do you know who was the other man ?' I replied in the negative.
Ibn `Abbas said, 'He was Ali (bin Abi Talib)"

Sahih al-Bukhari, Chapter: To take a bath or perform ablution from a Mikhdab (utensil), a
tumbler, or a wooden or stone pot, H 198

(Also mentioned in 664, 665, 679, 683, 687, 712, 713, 716, 2588, 3099, 3384, 4442 in the same
book)

Isn't this a deception in narrating events ?

Wasn't Aisha (la) able to recognise Imam Ali (as) ?

Why didn't She (la) mentioned Imam Ali's (as) name ?

The total number of hadiths in Sahih al-Bukhari without repetition is 2761 according to ibn Hajar
al-Asqalani.

Abu Ali al-Ghassani said that it is narrated from him (al-Bukhari) that he said:

And al-Ismael narrated from him that he (al-Bukhari) said:

ommitted from the Sahih is more'

So out of these 6,00,000 why did he only chose 2761 hadiths ?

So how many correct hadiths would be there which he did not mention ?
‫‪How many facts were hidden in these hadiths ? (out of 6,00,000 the one's which Bukhari haven't‬‬

‫‪The remaining 2761 narrated hadiths includes distortion and deception which further conceals‬‬

brought out Ali and dragged him to Abu Bakr and said: Pledge allegiance to him. He replied:
What if I don't ? . What will you do if I don't do that ? They replied: By Allah except whom there
is no God, then we would strike your neck. He (Ali) said: Then you would have killed the servant
of Allah and the brother of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his
family). Umar said: As for the servant of Allah, yes and as for the brother of His (azwj)
Messenger, then no. Abu Bakr was silent and he did not utter a word. Umar said to him: Don't
you make an order about him (Ali) ? Abu Bakr said: I don't force him to do anything as long
Fatema is at his side. So Ali clung to the grave of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings
be upon him and his family) wailing, weeping and calling out:

'O son of my mother, indeed the people oppressed me and were about to kill me'

Surah al-A'raf, verse 150

Note: Here Ibn Qutayba al-Dīnawarī skips a lot of events and moves directly on the Shaikhayns
confession of their crimes

Umar said to Abu Bakr: Let us go to Fatema as we have angered her. So they went and sought
Fatema's permission to enter but She did not permit them. They came to Ali and spoke to Him,
then He permitted them to her. When they sat at bedside, she turned her face to the wall. They
saluted her but she did not replied to her salutation.

Note: Responding to the salutation of a Muslim is obligatory. Or Janab e Zehra (sa) didn't even
considered those two as Muslims !

Abu Bakr said: O beloved daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon
him and his family), by Allah the relationship of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be
upon him and his family) is dearer to me than my own kinship. And you are dearer to me than
my daughter Aisha. I wished to be dead the day your father died and not to live after Him. Do
you see me when knowing you and your virtues and honour, denying your right and inheritance
from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), except that I
have heard from your father, The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his
family) saying: We Prophets do not leave inheritance, what we leave is for charity.

She said: Can I also narrate a tradition from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be
upon him and his family) ? If you know it, will you act according to it ?

They replied: Yes

She said: I ask you by Allah, haven't you heard the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace and
blessings be upon him and his family) that: Fatima's pleasure is my pleasure and her
displeasure is my displeasure, one who loves my daughter has loved me and one who pleases
her had pleased me. And one who makes Fatema angry has displeased me.
They said: Yes ! We heard it from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him
and his family)

Fatima said: Thus I hold Allah and His angels as witness that you two have angered me and
made be displeased. I will complain about you to my father when I meet him

• Muhaddith Juwaini, a Bakri scholar who is accused of being a Rafidhi. In his work Farā'id
al-simtayn, vol 2, published from Dar al-habib (Iran), 1428 A.H, first edition: the narration starts
on page 34:

From Saeed bin Jubair from Ibn Abbas that he said: One day the Messenger of Allah (peace
and blessings be upon him and his family) was seated when Al-Hasan (as) arrived. The Prophet
began to weep on seeing him...

The narration is lengthy. In this narration the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his
family) then began to talk of the afflictions inflicted upon His progeny. The narration continues on
pg 35 in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) spoke about
Sayyidah Fatima (sa)

: As for my daughter Fatema she is the chief of the women of the universe from the former and
latter and she is a part of me, she is the light (apple) of my eye, she is the fruit of my heart, she
is my soul, she is a celestial human, when she stands in her prayer niche in the audience of
Allah, her light shines forth for the heavenly angels as the stars shine for the dwellers of the
earth...

And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) continues till He says

: As if I see that trouble has entered her house and others disrespect her while usurping her
rights and denying her inheritance. She is not given aid while her side is fractured and the child
in her womb is killed and she cries out: O Mohammad ! There will be none to respond. She will
call out for help but no one will come to her rescue. She will remain aggrieved, sad and weeping
after me…

Until He (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) says: 'She will be the first to join me
from my household, and she will come to me aggrieved, sorrowful, sad, deprived and slain'

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said at this point: 'O
Allah curse those who opress her and punish those who infuriated her and humiliate those who
humiliated her and let them remain in hellfire forever, those who broke her side to the point she
miscarried her unborn child. The angels will then say: Amen'

We present you another example:

Narrated Aisha:

Fatima and Al-Abbas came to Abu Bakr, seeking their share from the property of Allah's
Messenger (sawa) and at that time, they were asking for their land at Fadak and their share
from Khaibar. Abu Bakr said to them: 'I have heard from Allah's Messenger (sawa) saying, 'Our
property cannot be inherited, and whatever we leave is to be spent in charity, but the family of
Muhammad may take their provisions from this property' Abu Bakr added: 'By Allah, I will not
leave the procedure I saw Allah's Messenger (sawa) following during his lifetime concerning this
property' Therefore Fatima left Abu Bakr and did not speak to him till she died.

Sahih al-Bukhari, h 6725, 6726, in the book concerning 'Laws of Inheritance' (Al-Faraa'id) chp:
'Our property is not to be inherited, and whatever we leave is Sadaqa (also in the same book, h

We don't expect al-Bukhari who used to omitted the entire truth to bring us the correct story,
which was done upto some extent by Ibn Qutayba al-Dīnawarī or Muhaddith Juwayni. We are
only collecting clues. If the clues are collected, then the image will be clear.

This is the statement which have been concealed. This is the atrocities committed on Sayyidah
Fatema (sa). As I said: I was looking for the clues here and there to complete this picture. Hafiz
Rajab al-Bursi says:

'When RasoolAllah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) ascended to the heavens
on the night of Miraj, He was told: Allah (swt) will test You with three hardships to see how
patient You will be.....'

Until the third hardship:

RasoolAllah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was then told: 'The third is that
Your Family will be martyred after You. As for Your brother, Ali (as), Your ummah will curse and
admonish Him. They will be violent against Him. They will deny Him and usurp His rights. They
will oppress Him and finally they will slaughter Him.' RasoolAllah (peace and blessings be upon
him and his family) replied: I accept, O Lord. I am pleased with Your will and submit to it. I seek
success and patience only through You'

Then RasoolAllah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was told: 'As for Your
Daughter (sa), She will be oppressed and deprived. The rights that You gave Her will be
usurped. She will be beaten while pregnant. Her holiness will be violated. Her house will
be entered against Her will. Then She will be disgraced and dishonored. She will have no
one to protect Her. She will miscarry due to being beaten and will die as a result of that
beating'

Know that Sayyidah Fatima (sa) was SURELY MARTYRED due to being struck. The question
here arises is that:

How many strikes was Sayyidah Fatima (sa) given which led to her martydom ?

What was the severity of the blows which led to her martydom ?

How was Sayyidah Fatima (sa) hit ?

And where did she got hit ?

All of these questions, by the will of Allah, shall be answered in upcoming chapters. I ask you to
pray for me. I leave you in Allah's safety.
