    DESCRIPTION
    The MK-17 is an ECM - 3E - 13.8 - 8400/120 - see table No. 1; complies with the current CFE VE100-29 Specifications,
    current CFE VE100-13 and CFE 54000-56-1999 Specification.

    Combined Measuring Equipment consisting of three KM-17 Integrated Measurement Transformers mounted on metal
    structure with box for test board in secondary terminals for verification in In the field, each of the Integrated Measurement
    Transformers is formed by an Inductive Potential Transformer and a Current Transformer built in one piece, exterior service,
    dry type insulation, frequency of 60 Hz, maximum design voltage of the equipment 15 kV, for use in 13.8 kV systems, basic
    impulse isolation level (NBAI) 110 kV, operating altitude 2500 m a.s.l., wind speed 160 km/h, distance of 25 mm/kV leakage
    (phase by phase), complies with the following:

    * Inductive Potential Transformer, transformation ratio 8400/120 V (70:1), class and load accuracy 0.2 and 50 VA.
    Thermal capacity 500VA.

    * Current transformer, transformation ratio see table No.1, class and load accuracy 0.2S and 5 VA FS<=20; thermal
    factor of overflow in permanence of 2In (extended range) which is marked on the connection cover of the secondary.
    * The test board complies with Specification CFE 54000-56.
