Marble Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

• water

•1/2 kilogram marble potatoes

• 1 medium carrot

• 1/4 kilogram chicken, use breast part

• salt and pepper, to taste

• 1/4 cup Lady's Choice real mayonnaise

• 1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks with juice (optional)

• 2 tbsps sugar

• 2 tbsps pickle relish

• 1 tsp salt

•1/2 tsp pepper

STEPS

•Boil the potatoes and carrots until cooked. Cut the carrots into cubes and the marble potatoes in half.

•In another pot, boil the chicken breast in water seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes or
until done. Let it cool and cut into strips or cubes.

•Once the vegetables and chicken have cooled, mix them together with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise,
pineapple chunks with juice, sugar, and pickle relish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the
refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Creamy Macaroni Salad


INGREDIENTS

• 220 ml Lady's Choice mayonnaise

•200 grams uncooked salad macaroni

• 2 tbsps sugar

•2 tbsps pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)

• 2 tbsps pickle relish

•1 tbsp white onion, finely chopped

• 1/4 cup celery stalks, small cubes

• 1/4 cup carrots, small cubes

• 1/2 cup cooked ham, small cubes

• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced

• 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained well; reserve juice

• 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

• fine salt and ground white pepper to taste

STEPS

•Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse under running water and drain well. Set aside.

•Combine Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise, sugar, pineapple juice, pickle relish, white onions, celery and
carrots in a bowl. Mix well until sugar has dissolved.

•Add in cooked macaroni, ham, cheese, pineapple tidbits and raisins. Mix well. Season with salt and
pepper. Chill before serving.

Easiest Salad Dressing


INGREDIENTS

•½ cup mayonnaise

•3 teaspoons milk

•¼ teaspoon salt

•1 pinch ground black pepper

STEPS

•Combine the mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously to mix,
then pour over your salad.

Classic Ranch Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

•⅓ cup buttermilk

•⅓ cup mayonnaise

•2 tablespoons each chopped parsley and chives

•1 teaspoon dried dill weed

•¼ teaspoon each kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder

Classic Ranch: whisk ⅓ cup buttermilk, ⅓ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons each chopped parsley and
chives, 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, ¼ teaspoon each kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. (You
can sub 1 tablespoon each of dried parsley and chives for the fresh) Once you start making homemade
ranch, you’ll never go back to the store-bought stuff again. SO GOOD! This is perfect for cob salads, to
dip fries in, over chicken salads, and most any other salads with romaine and other leaf lettuces as the
base.
Homemade Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

•¼ cup mayonnaise

•2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

•2 tablespoon each sour cream and olive oil

•1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

•1 clove garlic

•¼ teaspoon kosher

•1 tablespoon chopped parsley

STEPS

Creamy Italian: Blend ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoon each sour cream
and olive oil, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 clove garlic, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt in a blender. Stir in
1 tablespoon chopped parsley.

Classic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

•2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

•2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

•½ teaspoon kosher salt, and pepper to taste

•⅓ cup olive oi

STEPS

Classic Vinaigrette: Whisk 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon
kosher salt, and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in ⅓ cup olive oil
Roasted Garlic Dressing

INGREDIENTS

•1 head garlic

•2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

•2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

•3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan

•⅓ cup olive oil

•½ teaspoon kosher salt, and pepper to taste

STEPS

Roasted Garlic: Slice the top off 1 head garlic; drizzle with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil and roast at
400 degree until tender, about 35 minutes. Cool and then squeeze out the cloves. Blend the roasted
garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons freshly grated
Parmesan, ⅓ cup olive oil, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and pepper to taste in a blender. I’m obsessed with
this one. SO good! Make a double batch and use part of it for a marinade for chicken breast. It’s also
amazing on roasted vegetables. I made my freezer to slow cooker Spaghetti and Meatballs and served it
with a simple side salad and this dressing last night and I couldn’t get enough. Super easy, healthy,
delicious, whole food meal the whole family loves.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

•2 tablespoons each of honey, Dijon mustard, white vinegar

•½ teaspoon kosher salt and pepper to taste

•¼ cup olive oil


STEPS

Honey Mustard: Whisk 2 tablespoons each of honey, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar and ½ teaspoon
kosher salt and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in ¼ cup olive oil. So easy, super classic, I love honey
mustard dressing on all the things.
