    Fee Circular for the session 2023-24


    In Accordance to the Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee Act 2016/17)
    Date: 26-03-2023
    Dear Parent,

    This is to inform you about the Quarterly fees of your ward.

    Fees for the I ,II, III & IV quarter should be paid through online payment mode only. Fees directly deposited
    in the school’s bank account will not be considered.

    Fee due dates for the quarters are as under:

    For the First quarter – April 10th, 2023


    For the Second quarter – July 10th, 2023
    For the Third quarter – Oct 10th, 2023
    For the Fourth quarter – Jan 10th, 2024

    For Classes Nursery to Prep: Rs. 20685 Per Quarter.

    For Classes I to VIII: Rs. 21300 Per Quarter.

    For Classes IX and X: Rs. 21670 Per Quarter.

    For Classes XI and XII:


    PCB Rs.23100* Per Quarter.
    PCM Rs.22500* Per Quarter.
    C&H Rs.21300* Per Quarter.

    * Note: For classes XI & XII in addition to the above-mentioned fees, Practical fees (Physical Education / Fine
    Arts/Psychology/Geography) Rs.600/- per quarter is to be paid extra.
    **Note: Practical Fees is Rs 600/- per quarter per practical subject. If any student for the class XI requests for the
    change in the practical subjects, such changes in the fees of the student will be made effective from the first day
    of the next quarter, from the date of receiving such request. Students, who have applied for the change in
    practical subjects in the middle of the quarter, have to pay the fee as applicable prior to the changes for the
    quarter in which they have applied.

    Surcharge of Rs.100/- shall be charged if fees are not received by the aforesaid dates. Where fees are
    outstanding for more than one month, a surcharge of Rs.100/- further per student for the subsequent month will
    be charged. If School fees remain outstanding for more than two months, name of the student shall be struck off
    from the register without any previous notice. For re-enrolment of the student an additional fee of Rs.1500/- (One
    thousand five hundred only) as re-enrolment fee shall be charged.

    The procedure for online fee payment is as follows:


    1- Login to School’s website (www.rbmhsjaipur.edu.in) and click on the “FEE” tab and select
    Online fee payment.
    2- User name will be- RBMHS followed by the admission number of your ward.
    Example: If admission no. is 1106 then user name will be- RBMHS1106
    3- Password will be – 12345 for all students.
