Student’s personnel imprest money is for his/her expenses as per the tentative list given below. Imprest
Money (Advance) is over and above the onetime payment, annual school fee & any other fee. A balance of
INR 10,000/- must be replenished every year till the final exit of school. It may includes :

a. Text books
b. Stationery
c. Personal requirements viz repair to personal belongings, any damage done to school property.
d. Medical requirements through referrals/specialized Medical treatment etc.
e. CBSE Board Examination Fee
f. Academic activities outside of the standard curriculum.
g. Any other expenses not specifically included in the above list.

Any arrears pertaining to penalties and other charges in the account of the student will be adjusted from
the imprest money. Details for student expense can be collected from the accounts department in
completion of each term. You can also refer to the school app.

FEE PAYMENT PLAN

An additional concession of 2% may be availed on the Annual Fee when the full year fee is paid in a lump
sum. The School Fee has to be paid for the entire year however, the school offers a facility to the parents
to pay the fee for the entire year in three installments, as mentioned below:

If any student is withdrawn, our refund policy ensures that the refund is processed in fair manner as
below. In case, a Parent expresses his / her ward’s intention of not attending the school, and withdraws
his/her admission, the school requires a withdrawal application letter stating the reason for seeking
withdrawal and signed by the parents submitted to the Head of Office (The date of submitting the original
hard copy in school or email to [email protected] so that withdrawal letter shall be treated as the
final date of withdrawal notice and will account for the calculation of refund amount). No verbal
/telephonic/other means of intimation shall be entertained.
