Brief Description
VIB3000 is a machinery protection solution which features the latest technology. Depending on the area of application, you
can use the system as a standalone solution or together with a host system. The system has a modular design and can be
flexibly adapted to a wide variety of measurement and monitoring tasks. The system permanently measures and monitors the
vibration status of your plant. The continuous monitoring enables the reliable and immediate detection of undesirable machine
states. If critical or hazardous operating states occur, the system can initiate shutdown of the machine or plant.

Brief Description
By integrating the VIB330 analysis module, VIB3000 is capable of preprocessing sensor signals of the processing modules
making them capable of diagnostics. For diagnostics and visualization of the preprocessed data, you require the diagnostics
software CM500. You can either install and use this software on an SPPA-T3000 technology server or a Vis-PC (visualization
PC).

Machinery protection and analysis components are separate and one does not affect the other. The analysis module can be
inserted in or removed from VIB3000 Machinery Protection without having any negative effects.

You will find more detailed information on the wide-ranging diagnostics options in the CM500 documentation.
