Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management and coordination of human resources activities associated with compensation

& benefits, selection & training, employee relations, etc. for a business unit or part of an organization to ensure planning, budgeting and control meet overall business goals. Human Resources Planning Align and institute the human resources plans and programs with the business plan of the unit Work closely with senior management to ensure optimal organizational structures to meet business objectives In consultation with senior management, plan, make recommendations and devise human resources and industrial relations policy according to global and regional/sub-regional and adherence to legislative requirements Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR programs and recommend changes as appropriate Participate in business planning to ensure HR specifications meet the business objectives

Change Management & Communications Gain commitment of senior management to global and regional HR programs and lead the implementation of new programs within the responsible units Take the role of facilitator in the management of changes in the organization Develop programs and support mechanism that will ensure effective communications at all levels of the organization Foster employees positive attitude towards management policies and procedures

Employee Relations Monitor industrial relations and employee relations developments to prevent and settle disputes Liaise with unions or relevant bodies to resolve specific issues Ensure managers are trained and corporate adherence to harassment and discrimination policies

Staffing Oversee the recruitment and selection activities within responsible areas / units in accordance with corporate approval processes and legislative requirements Ensure that candidates hired met the standards of the company Develop plan for effective sourcing of applicants for various vacant positions

Compensation & Benefits Oversee the administration of the compensation and benefits programs Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to salary reviews and changes Review regularly the organizations remuneration policy, including its market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures and internal relativity and equity

Learning & Organizational Development Coordinate the organizations learning and development activities and ensures that plans meet current and future organization and employee needs Ensures succession planning activities are undertaken on a regular basis and plans put in place to rectify areas of concern

Financial Management Assist in preparation of department budgets Monitor and control overheads and expenses as per budget allocated annually Conduct quarterly business reviews within the division to provide business status and to identify client issues as well as solutions. To ensure that the team is focused on achieving business objectives and encourage teamwork across the division that leads to overall success in terms of delivering on commitments

Organizational Management and Development Ensure alignment of operating systems and processes that will enable the division to achieve its overall business objectives Participate in local and regional / sub-regional task force / committees as well as other projects as part of continuing leadership development Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs Promote inter-departmental and inter-divisional communications and teamwork Network internally across regions to discover and implement best practices

People Management Utilize the Performance and Development Plan to communicate and assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with regional directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage Establish high standards of performance and hold associates firmly accountable for meeting those standards Identify capability strengths and gaps of the associates in order to determine the appropriate staffing that will meet current and future needs Develop training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist employees to achieve their performance standards Act as coach, guide and mentor to employees Ensure that associates are aware of the nature of their specific roles in relationship to the local market, the sub-region and overall regional operation Establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements Conduct consistent periodic coaching "work with-s" to observe team members with clients and provide feedback

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. Assists with scheduling employee/management training and development, and assists with investigations related to employee complaints/grievances. 2. Assists with employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. 3. Analyzes data of employee relation and exit interview issues. Provides recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvements. 4. Facilitates and Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in preparation and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. 5. Partners with project (employees and management) to communicate various HR policy, procedures, laws, standards and regulations. 6. Participates in developing goals, objectives and systems within the HR team. 7. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services preformed. 8. Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. 9. Partners with HR Benefits representatives in communicating benefit information or changes to employees. 10. Assist HR Workers Compensation representatives in communicating workers compensation benefits and processes. Additionally will assist in obtaining information from the project or employees. 11. Provides assistance and problem resolution for employees pertaining to employee benefits, disability, general policies and procedures, etc according to corporate standards and published guidelines. 12. Maintains accuracy in Human Resource Information Systems records; compiles reports and coordinates employee accountability. 13. Maintains compliance with applicable local labor laws and federal regulations concerning employment. 14. If required, facilitates and updates employee new hire orientation. 15. Provides administrative support to HR Manager. 16. Must comply with published Company work rules. 17. Performs special projects as requested and additional duties as assigned. Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred with three (3)

to five (5) years of Human Resources experience, Experience: Proficiency with personal computers required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint Excellent Outlook and Email writing skills Superior with AS400, Showcase Reports and Webhire Experienced with ITTS HR Support functions such as Workers Compensation (DBA), Disability/Medical Benefits, Recruiting Processes, ITT HR/Finance Policies and Procedures Outstanding oral and written communications skills required Superior public speaking and training skills Ability to get along with people and speak English is required.
