CULTURAL EVENTS
PITCH PERFECT
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 It would be a two-round event.
 The singer himself/herself may also play an instrument.
 The song can be in any Indian language or in English.
 ROUND 1(ELIMINATION ROUND)-It will be an audition round. Time limit-
2 minutes, the song will be of participant’s choice. (No karaoke or track allowed
in this round)
 ROUND 2(FINALS)- Will be the final round. Time Limit- 3 minutes (including
everything), the song will be of participant’s choice. (Karaoke or track is
allowed in this round)
 Decisions given by the judges will be final and binding.
 Points:

RHYTHM
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants/teams.
 It would be a two-round event.
 A maximum of 2 accompanists will be allowed. However, the singer
himself/herself may also play an instrument.
 The song can be in any Indian language or in English.

MOVES N GROOVES
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Solo dance is divided into 2 Rounds:

 Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
 Participants have to mail their music to respective coordinators.
 All props and costumes must be specified to the Event Coordinator before the
performance.
 No extra marks for props, costumes, and theme based performances.
 All dance forms are allowed.
 Vulgarity and Obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.
 Judging criteria will be based on Energy, Expressions, Musicality, Concept, and
Choreography.

COUPLE CAVORT
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Duet dance is divided into 2 Rounds:
 Elimination round ( maximum 2 minutes )
 Final round ( maximum 4 minutes )
 Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
 Participants have to mail their music to respective coordinators.
 All props must be specified to the Event Coordinator before the performance.
 No extra marks for props, costumes, and theme based performances.
 All dance forms are allowed.
 Vulgarity and Obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.
 Judging criteria will be based on coordination between both the participants,
Energy, Expressions, Musicality, Concept, and Choreography.
 Points:
Winner- 100 points; 1st Runner up – 80 points ; 2nd Runner up-60 points
SILK ROUTE
 Each participating Campus can depute any number of participants. It is an
Individual Participation event
 Classical dance is divided into 2 Rounds:
 Elimination round ( maximum 2 minutes )
 Final round ( maximum 4 minutes )
 Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
 Participants have to mail their music to respective coordinators.
 All props must be specified to the Event Coordinator before the performance.
 There will be few extra marks for costumes, and theme based performances.
 Vulgarity and Obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.
 Judging criteria will be based on Energy, Expressions, Musicality, Concept, and
Choreography.
 Points:

IN SYNC
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Members in a team should be minimum - 6 and maximum - 12.
 Group dance is divided into 2 Rounds:
 Elimination round ( max. 2 minutes )
 Final round ( max. 4 minutes )
 Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
 Participants have to mail their music to respective coordinators and give it to the
coordinator in format: “Your name_ Event name” (for e.g – XYZ Crew_Group).
 All props must be specified to the Event Coordinator before the performance.
 No extra marks for props, costumes, and theme based performances.
 Marks will be deducted in case of copied choreography.
 ONLY DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOLK DANCE IS ALLOWED Eg. Chhau
dance,bhangra,garba etc.
 Vulgarity and Obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.
 Judging criteria will be based on coordination between the crew members,
Energy, Expressions, Musicality, Concept, and Choreography.

STEPPIN UP
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Members in a team should be minimum 2 - and maximum - 5.
 Group dance is divided into 2 Rounds and both the rounds will be battle round.
 Round 1- It will be a chit-picking round. The chit will contain names of teams
and 2 chits will be picked up at a time. Both the teams who’s name will be there
on the chit will face off to win the round 1.
 Each team will get 2 chances to perform and each chance will be of maximum 3
minutes.
 Round 2- Winner teams of round one will do a face off in this final round. Both
the teams who will battle with each other will be decided by the judge. Each
team will get 2 chances and each chance will be of max. 3 minutes.
 Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
 Participants will not be given any choice of music. A Random music will be
played for faceoff.
 All props must be specified to the Event Coordinator before the performance.
 No extra marks for props, costumes, and theme based performances.
 All dance forms are allowed.
 Vulgarity and Obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.
 Judging criteria will be based on Energy, Expressions, Musicality and street
vibe.

KALAKRITI
 It will be a face painting competition.
 Theme will be provided to the participants on the spot.
 A team of 2 will be participating
 The time provided to the participants to complete their painting will be 45
minutes.
 Some common colours will be provided but it is advised to bring your own
colours as well.
 Participants should bring their own painting equipment required by them.
 Points:

PANACHE
 Each participating campus can depute any number of teams.
 Each team can have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 members.
 The members of the team should be from the same campus.
 There will be a particular theme on the basis of which the teams will present
themselves.
 Teams will be tested for sequencing, choreography, models, expression,
creativity in theme, and overall attitude.
 There will be two rounds -
Round 1 - An elimination round (Theme can be of the participant’s choice)
Round 2 – Final round.(Theme- Elements. eg: snow, water. fire, nature, smoke
etc. )
 Participants will not be given any choices for music. A common music will be
played for all the teams.
 The vulgarity of any kind will lead to disqualification.
 Props should be arranged by the teams on their own.
 Use of fire, water, animals, or any hazardous material is prohibited.
 The decision of honorary Judges will be final and binding.
 Points:
Winner- 150 points; 1st Runner up – 120 points; 2nd Runner up-90 points
BUSINESS EVENTS
BIG-BULL
 Team Size: minimum 2 to maximum 3 participants.
 Each team will receive Rs 50,000 and a list of five equities to choose from.
 Event comprises of 3 rounds:
 Round 1: Only buying, No selling
 Teams can purchase as much stock from all of the alternatives in the first round
as long as they stay under the allotted budget.
 Round 2: Both Buying and selling
 The teams will be given the current market price and given the opportunity to
buy and sell the shares. Based on their financial analysis; they must compute the
changing amount after purchasing and selling the shares.
 Round 3: Both Buying and selling
 The teams will be given the opportunity to buy and sell again after being shown
some economic indicators regarding the shares and other issues in this area.
 They will also be given the revised market price following the announcement,
and at the conclusion, the teams will be asked to calculate their current holdings.
 Each round will last for around 15-20 minutes.
 Exceeding the money limit is not allowed and will leads to direct
disqualification.
 It's not compulsory to invest all the money in first round.
 Unnecessary arguments or inappropriate behavior is strictly not allowed.
 The team with the highest amount will be declared the winner following the final
round, while the team with next highest amount will be declared the first runner
up.
 Points:

Winner- 60 points ; 1st runner up- 50 points ; 2nd runner up- 40 points
BRAND WAR
 The event is a marketing and product development based competition.
 The event comprises of 2 rounds:
 Round 1 – Quiz Round
 Teams of 3-4 members
 The teams are required to name themselves.
 The quiz will include 20 questions and will need to be covered under 15 minutes.
 The quiz will be a rapid-fire round to increase the pace of the competition.
 The questions will be included in a presentation that will be showcased on the screen
for the teams.
 All 20 questions will contain 5 marks each. The team that gives the correct answer
fastest, will receive 5 marks.
 The top 6 teams with highest points will qualify for the next round.
 The decisions given by the judges will be final and binding.
 Round 2 – Brand Pitching Presentation Round
 The continuing teams have to create a random brand and product that they will pitch
to judges and audience.
 The brand to be chosen by participants cannot be an existing brand or product.
 The teams will then be called to stage to present, it can either be a presentation or any
other medium.
 In case of presentations, the teams have to mail their PPT beforehand to the event
coordinators and also have to carry a copy of same in pen drives.
 The pitch will include an entire marketing campaign; including brand name, logo,
tagline, vision & mission, target audience, key message to customers, how their brand
is useful to market, value bringing to customers, new innovations, goals for the next 5
– 10 years, USP, and strategies to sell their products.
 The teams will be judged based on quality of content, knowledge about the market,
innovative ideas brought forward, and presentation skills.
 Each team will be given a maximum of 8-10 minutes to present.
 Points:

Winner- 80 points; 1st runner up- 70 points; 2nd runner up- 50 points
WAR OF WORDS
 Each participating campus can depute any number of teams.
 Team size: 4 members.
 Each team is required to name their team & also select their team leaders & the
team leaders need to provide us with their respective mail id.
 Round 1- This is the qualifier round for which the topics will be given 3 days
prior to the event by the coordinators. The topics will be mailed to the team
leaders.
 Each participant shall speak either FOR or AGAINST the motion as the case
maybe for minimum of 2 minutes which can extend up to 5 minutes. The
participants will qualify for the final round on the basis of their scores.
 Round 2- This is the final round where only 2 teams will be chosen & the topic
will be given on the spot and the participants will be given 10 minutes to
prepare.
 Each participant shall speak either FOR or AGAINST the motion as the case
maybe for minimum of 2 minutes which can extend up to 5 minutes.
 The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
 Points:

Winner- 60 points; 1st runner up- 50 points; 2nd runner up- 40 points
ADs WAR
 Each participating campus can depute any number of teams.
 Team Size: Minimum of 3 and Maximum of 5 participants are allowed.
 There will be one round in total.
 Round :- the team will be given a service or product one day before the event.
 They need to prepare a 1 min 30 secs ad for that. It should be an original content.
 Props need to be arranged by the team on their own. You can have a jingle for
the ad
 The team will be enacting their ad on the stage in front of the judges.
 Negative points will be there if time limit exceeds
 The decision of judges will be the final decision and will be binding to all.
 Points:

Winner – 90 points; 1st Runner up – 70 points; 2nd Runner up – 50 points


B-PLAN – Shark Tank
 Each participating campus can depute any number of teams.
 Team Size: Minimum of 3 and Maximum of 5 participants are allowed.
 There will be two rounds in total.
 Round 1 :- the team will be given a case study based on which. They need to
come up with service or product. They need to prepare a 7 min pitch to get
investments from the sharks
 Round 2 :- will be revealed after the round 1 ends
 Negative points will be there if time limit exceeds
 The decision of judges will be the final decision and will be binding to all.
 Points:

Winner – 90 points; 1st Runner up – 70 points; 2nd Runner up – 50 points


GAMING EVENT
GAMING GIG (BGMI)
 Each participating campus can depute any number of teams.
 Team will have 4 members.
 Team head will fill the form on behalf of squad.
 Room ID and password will be shared 10 mins prior the event.
 Game should be of the updated version.
 Teams using Bugs & hacks will be disqualified immediately.
 Every team will be assigned a particular room team number in which they need
to wait.
 The decision of judges will be the final decision and will be binding to all.
 Any sort of abuse or spamming isn’t allowed.
 Team will be responsible for technical issues they’re facing.
 Points:

Winner- 80 points ; 1st Runner up- 60 points; 2nd Runner up- 40 points
MISCELLANEOUS EVENTS
TREASURE TROVE
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Team size: 4-5 participants
 In case of high number of participation, two teams may be asked to merge
together.
 The clues might be the same or different for all the groups.
 The treasure hunt will have 2 rounds:
 Round 1: Teams have to find the items from the list they have been provided.
Teams will be competing with each other and the team(s) that takes the least
amount of time to get the correct items will go to the second round. It will be a
time-based round.
 Round 2: It will be a clue based round where on solving one clue the
participants will get the second clue.
 Stealing or buying items from outside are not allowed.
 Unnecessary arguments or inappropriate behavior is strictly not allowed.
 The decision of judges will be the final decision and will be binding to all .
 Points:

Winner: 70 points ; 1st runner up- 60 points; 2nd runner up- 50 points
ISB&M ROADIES
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Team size-3 participants
 There will be two rounds in total:
 Round 1- It will be an elimination round. There will be different types of tasks
and after completion of 1task the participants can move on to another task.
 Top 10 teams who will complete the Round 1 in shortest time will move on to
Round 2.
 Round 2 – There will be different types of tasks and the team completing all the
tasks in the shortest time will win.
 The decision of judges will be the final decision and will be binding to all
 Every participants have to wear sportswear.
 Points:

Winner - 100 points; 1st Runner up - 80 points; 2nd Runner up - 60 points


AA DEKHE ZARA
 Each participating campus can depute any number of participants.
 Team Size: Minimum 1 (Monologues) & Maximum 3 participants are allowed.
 Event comprises of 2 rounds:
 Round 1- Recreate a Bollywood or Hollywood scene for minimum 30 seconds,
maximum 2 minutes (elimination round).
 Round 2- Recreate a comic/emotional scene for minimum 1minute & maximum
2 minutes.
 Participants have to mail their music (if required) to respective coordinators.
 Participants will be required to bring their own costumes, props or any other
instrument required for their performance
 All props must be specified to the event coordinator before the performance
 Performance will be judged on the dialogue delivery, expressions, costume,
accuracy of the scene and audience reactions.
 Negative points for exceeding time limit
 Vulgarity and obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.
 The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
 Points:

Winner- 50 points; 1st runner up- 40 points; 2nd runner up- 30 points
NUKKA NATAK
 Each team must consist of a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 15
members.
 Each team can have a designated leader who will be the main point of contact
for the event organizers.
 The theme should be communicated effectively through the storyline,
dialogues, and performances.
 The maximum duration for the nukkad natak performance is 12 minutes,
including setup and clearance time. b. Teams exceeding the time limit will be
penalized or disqualified, as per the organizer's discretion.
 The primary languages of the performance should be English or Hindi
 Teams are allowed to use props and costumes to enhance their performances.
The use of fire, live animals, or any hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
Teams are responsible for their props and costumes and should set up and
clear the performance area promptly.
 Participants must ensure that their performances are original and not copied
from existing plays or performances. Any violation of copyright laws will
result in immediate disqualification.
 Performances will be judged based on criteria such as acting skills, dialogue
delivery, coherence with the theme, creativity, and overall impact on the
audience. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
 Any act of misconduct, cheating, or violation of the rules may lead to
disqualification
 Vulgarity and obscenity at any point are strictly prohibited and will lead to
disqualification.

Winner: 70 points ; 1st runner up- 60 points; 2nd runner up- 50 points
