About V.G. Vaze College

The KET's V.G. Vaze College (Autonomous) holds the distinction
of being the first affiliated college in the State of Maharashtra to
be assessed for accreditation by the National Assessment and
Accreditation Council (NAAC) in 1998. Since then, the college
has been committed to various quality initiatives. The college
has undergone NAAC accreditation four times with an "A"
Grade and 3.45 CGPA in the fourth cycle in 2017. The college has
17 aided undergraduate, 6 self-financing undergraduate, and 7
postgraduate programs. The college also offers a unique Post
Graduate Diploma in Perfumery and Cosmetology and
Vocational Skill Development program in Travel and Tourism.

Technical Rules & Regulations:

All songs for the performances will be accepted on pendrive.
Pendrive should have the name and contact details of the
participants along with the events name written on it.
Technical and stage requirements to be given during registration.
All pendrives need to be checked an hour prior to the events.
MMC will not be responsible for loss or damage of any
equipments.
General Rules & Regulations
Entry would be on first come first serve basis.
All the students coming to the event need to carry a valid college ID
proof for entry (current academic year).
All participating colleges need to be represented by one Contingent
Leader (CL) and one ACL.
Non College Participants (NCPs) & On the Spot Entries (OTSE) are
allowed for events depending on slot availability.
On The Spot Entries (OTSE) will be allowed for the certain events.
Disclosing the name of the college during the event will lead to
deduction of points.
Participants are not allowed to wear their college IDs or college tshirts on the
day of the events.
On the day of the events participants are requested to report 1 hour
before to the event.
Only authorized people will be allowed to handle equipments. No
unauthorized person will be allowed backstage.
The organizer reserves the right to modify rules of any event without
prior notice.
CL and ACL need to get registered on the day of the fest at
registration desk.
CL and ACL should make sure that no college name should be taken
during the events.
All situational issues would be handled solely on the discretion of the
events team.
Participants contact number is compulsory.
Updates about participations to be checked in the events WhatsApp
group.
Security Rules & Regulations
No sharp objects like knives, blades, cutter, rounder, nail
filer, pines, scissors, Swiss or multiple knives, etc.
No metal object like scales, rulers, thick chains, metal
knuckles, biker chain.
No inflammable objects such as match boxes, lighter,
perfume, cigarettes, buddies and deodorant.
No drugs, alcohol, tobacco (in all possible forms).
No eatables like chewing gum, plastic bottle, chips, etc.
Pointed rings and bracelets, pencil batteries, spray paints,
polythene bags, ropes, etc.
No smoking in and around campus.
A dress code must be followed by all the students who
enter the college premises.
No T-back or vest.
No dresses or above the knee shorts.
No pointed heels.
No spaghettis or tube tops without jackets.
No vulgarity or obscenity should be addressed in any
event.
