    Dear candidate,
    You are appointed as freelance Hr recruiter work from home. Your working hours is 9 hours per
    day. You will get stipend Rs …………./- per month but your working hours will be calculated by
    punching IN / OUT online software. You will surely complete the recruitment of a doctor whose
    min qualification will be MBBS or any one or more than one profile whose min total billing amount
    60,000 (Sixty thousand). After the receiving of payment from client, you will get 2.0 % additional
    incentive after the deduction of TDS and GST in received amount. Other terms and conditions are
    below mentioned. If you agree with all the below mentioned terms & conditions, take print of
    below letter and fill the form and send scan copy of all documents with letter. You shall abide by
    the following
    Terms & Conditions: -
    1. You will be appointed as a freelancer hr recruiter and you will not be our permanent employee.
    2. You will use various job portals for the recruitment of openings of ARM only.
    3. You will submit a daily calling report in excel format and CV’s downloaded by email.
    4. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
    5. Prior one month notice period shall be served before termination of services.
    6. The company has the right to terminate your services at any point of time without prior notice.
    7. Any Misuse/transfer/stealing of company’s data of any kind and in any manner shall lead to
    imposition of penalty of Rs. 5.0 (Five) Lakhs and legal actions as well.
    8. You will also call new companies for our consultancy services and finalize our company
    proposal for recruitment.
    9. Your pay-out will be as above mentation details after deduction of GST & TDS. Your share will
    be paid once the company received the final billed amount. If your appointed candidate leave or
    management discontinue the service of the candidate for any reason, you will provide a free-of-
    cost replacement or paid commission will be adjusted in the next billing, If you do not continue
    your service, then the full amount will be refunded to the Abhi resource management now.
    10.You will not collect any money from any candidate or company on behalf of ARM
    11. Onetime payment @ 3.00 % of first billing will be paid whose proposal will be finalized by you.
    12. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be only subjected to jurisdiction of courts in
    Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

    scan copy of following documents-
    1. Pan card 2. Aadhar card, 3. Address proof 4. Resume along with a photograph.
