With reference to your application and subsequent interviews with us, we are pleased to appoint
you as a Sr. Proposal Writer on the following terms and conditions. We feel that your skills and
background will be an asset in further enhancing Kyra’s position. We look forward to this exciting
opportunity and to celebrating our victories together.
1. Your total gross compensation will be Rs. 16,50,000=00 per annum (Rupees Sixteen Lacs
Fifty Thousand only) during probation period of three months. All applicable government
taxes will be deducted as Tax Deducted at Source. We have not included any insurance
premiums, paid leave, or holidays to CTC.
2. You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of your
appointment. If in the opinion of the company you are found suitable in the appointed
post, you will be confirmed as a permanent Kyra employee. During probation, you will
not get any company benefits such as paid leave, insurance, bonus.
3. As a permanent employee, you will be eligible for 5 Lac of personal medical insurance and
Rs. 10 Lac of personal accident insurance. Enrolment into insurance is done twice a year
by a company. So, your eligibility will decide when you get enrolled into it. In addition to
that you will get paid vacation and holidays. The company will decide bonus policy from
time to time and will be communicated with employees from time to time. Your eligibility
is based on your performance, and it is a discretionary bonus, and the company may
withdraw at any time.
4. Increments or salary reviews are linked to performance, which are evaluated periodically
as a part of our appraisal procedure.
5. You will be entitled to leave as per the company policy.
6. You understand and agree that your employment with Kyra InfoTech is terminable with a
two-month notice period. Kyra InfoTech makes no express or implied commitment that
your employment will have a minimum or fixed term or that it is terminable only for
cause. You may quit employment at Kyra InfoTech by giving two months’ notice and Kyra
InfoTech may terminate your employment with a one-months’ notice. In case, if you leave
us without serving notice period, you must pay two month’s gross salary to the company.

Your employment will be terminated for a cause without notice period upon violation of
any company policies.
7. You will have access to company’s confidential information, which is not to be released
to any person outside the company. Should you be found violating this condition, you are
liable to legal action. By signing a copy of this letter, you confirm having understood this
condition and accept the same.
8. You cannot work at any other location/company/freelancing while being a full-time
employee of Kyra InfoTech Private Limited. You will abide by the company rules.
9. Your work hours will be determined by the team lead. You will work from 1 pm IST to 10
pm IST. You may have to support the US office as and when needed. You will be allowed
to work remotely.
On your joining date, you are required to submit the following document copies:
1. Experience & Relieving certificates of your current & all previous employers.
2. All Educational Certificates, if applicable
3. One Passport size photographs (color)
4. Pan Card/Photo ID proof/Residence proof (At least 2)
If on verification, at the time of appointment or later, found that you have furnished incorrect
information, in such cases your services with the company will be liable to termination.
Please sign a copy of this letter in token of your having accepted the appointment on the above
terms.
