EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Brief Description of the Project

Confucius Company is the company that will offers high quality Jam products. It is a
locally owned company founded by
entrepreneur students of ANHS - SHS. This company offers different kinds of flavors for
example mango, tomato and etc. This product also healthy for their body because the
fruits healthy benefits. Furthermore, Confucius Company intends to sell this product so
many people will taste a sweet and healthier jam.
Vision
The Confucius Company aims to promotes a healthy lifestyle to the people that enables
them to realize the value of health in their products. The producer ensures a great
benefit to its consumer health by giving a life that full of fruits that every community
need to a healthy living.
Mission
The Confucius Company's mission is to promote the proudly made pinoy Jam
nationwide and
jam that helps the costumers to engage in healthy lifestyle. By making delicious, health,
and affordable jam, we wanted to influence not just the foreigners but also our country
men to love our local world class products more.

Brief Profile of the Entrepreneur

The following are the brilliant founders of Confuse Company.
A. Alleah April H. Espina

Alleah April is the daughter of Mrs. Dedith H. Espina, she is the eldest among the 2
of them in their family. She was born on April 22, 2005 and finished her Elementary
Years in Mahay Elementary School. She also accomplished her Junior High School
Years in Agusan National High School being in the SPA section. Currently he is taking
up Humanities and Social Sciences as her senior high school academic track strand in
Agusan National High School – Senior High School and she is now on the 12 th grade.
Alleah would describe herself as a patient person. She is a very kind person; She likes
to watch every genre in movies especially horror movies and she also like to achieve
new things in her life. Alleah is very good at singing, and she also give value to her
education so she can help a lot to her family.
B. Roselle Mae Castanas

Roselle Mae is the daughter of Mrs. Nenita M. Castanas, she is the youngest among
3 of them in their family. She was born on July 18, 2004 and finished her Elementary
Years in Butuan Central Elementary School. She also accomplished her Junior High
School Years in Butuan City School of Arts and Trades being in the SPJ section.This
girl completed her junior high school years as a honor student. Currently she is taking
up Humanities and Social Sciences as her senior high school academic track strand in
Agusan National High School – Senior High School and she is now on the 12 th grade.
Roselle would describe herself as a responsible person. She is a very trustworthy

person you can rely on her; She like to visit her hometown in Surigao, and She also like
to hang out to her friends a lot. Roselle loves watching a lot of K-drama series. She has
the passion for leading the community. She always does her best to make her parents
proud.
C. Zion Seth M. Dingding

Zion is the son of Mrs. Daryllee M. Dingding, he is the 3 rd among 7 of them in their
family. He was born on September 25, 2005 and finished his Elementary Years in
Butuan Central Elementary School. He accomplished his Junior High school in Agusan
National High School being in the SPA section. Currently he is taking up Humanities
and Social Sciences as his senior high school academic track strand in Agusan High
School – Senior High School and he is now on the 12 th grade.
Zion is a very hardworking person he won’t give up so easily. He is a very cheerful

guy also a very responsible person. He likes doing physical activities a lot and he is
great at drawing. His goal is to become a priest and become a successful person so he
can help his family.
D. Shimie Natino Villanueva

Shimie is the 4th daughter of Mrs. Regina N. Villanueva. She is 17 years of age, born
on June 4, 2005. She graduated her elementary years in San Vicente Elementary
School, and after she continued her studies as a junior high school student in San
Vicente National High School. Then currently she is studying for her senior high school
in Agusan National High School under the academic track, with the strand Humanities
and Social Sciences.
Shimie is playful yet so helpful. She will help you when you are in trouble also, she is
very confident in herself. She likes making Tik-tok videos and, she likes to hang out with
her friends. Shimie is a religious person she enjoys worshipping the Lord.
E. Melanie T. Campana
Melainie is the daughter of Mrs. Dominga T. Campana and Mr. Marcelo A. Campana.
She was born on September 21, 2003 in Butuan Medical Center. She finished
Elementary in Ongyiu Elementary School. She accomplished High School Years in
Bututan City School of Arts and Trade. Then she currently taking up Humanities and
Social Sciences as her academic track strand in Agusan National High School-Senior
high School.
Melainie describes herself as a hardworking student. She is a very confident person;

she loves to interact with the community, and she also like to hang out with her friends a
lot. Melainie is always doing her best to make her parents proud.
D. Dexter Tanjay Villaflor
Dexter is the son of Vilma T. Villaflor and Petroñio C. Villaflor. He was born in April
13, 2005 in Panabo, Davao city. He finished her elementary in San Vicente
Elementary School. He finished his high school years in San Vicente National High
School. He currently taking up Humanities and Social Sciences academic strand in
Agusan National High School-Senior high School.
Dexter is confident in her own way. He is very confident on her

identity as a part of the LGBTQ+ community. He also describes himself a cheerful
person and sometimes he get nervous in standing in front. He also hangout with his
friends and very close to his seatmates.
Project's Contribution to the Economy
The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought about unprecedented changes in key economies.
People have lost their employment or had their salaries reduced, which has had a
significant impact on the country's economic growth. Economic growth is critical
because it helps residents to increase their quality of life while also accommodating any
population expansion without compromising their standard of living. The existence of
commercial enterprises is one aspect that boosts big economies.
Entrepreneurs generate job chances not just for themselves but also for others as
well. Confucius is a small company that wants to establish its own brand and extend its
franchise. When the company grows bigger, so does the demand for employees to work
in the organization. This will present options, such as employment availability, to
persons looking for a way to earn a living. Overall, the corporation contributes to
economic stability and growth by providing fundamental requirements to the market
population, particularly better enthusiasts which directly benefits economic stability and
growth. By achieving this, we can easily improve our performance by bringing new
products, methods, and production processes to the market and by boosting
productivity and competition more broadly.
