    About Company
    Rescue A Young Life started as an NPO providing support services to the
    younger as well as the older generation from Anxiety, Depression,
    Bullying, and other life challenges.
    We equip and empower youth
    Manage behaviours, adolescent, awareness development programme
    Grief and trauma counselling services for children
    Programmes that build resilience and coping skills

    We worked closely with SADAG who has supplied us with information


    brochures and contact resources to assist with our workshops in Primary
    Schools, High Schools, University Students and Group Homes.
    We also provide free face-to-face counseling to youth weekly.
    RAYL was inspired and founded by its Director Bronwyn Newman on the
    22nd of December 2016, from her own personal experience with loss and
    suicide.
    She writes, ”My son Rayél died from suicide at the tender age of 14 years
    old. He was a healthy academic, who won a scholarship to a private school
    and played baseball for Battswood Club, and participated in church as well
    as in upliftment gardening programs.
    This was a goal-driven scholarship student who lost all hope and self-
    confidence in a day.
    His death had an enormous impact and realization in our lives that have
    changed our hearts forever. “
    Bronwyn started researching sites and stats around the world on teen
    suicide and found we have no individual classroom support on Bullying,
    Depression, and Anxiety which affects young lives as early as 9 years old,
    it is researched that we are losing children to drugs, alcohol and suicide
    as early as 10 years of age.
    During research and counseling of youth, she then began to realize why
    RAYEL saw every underprivileged child as a friend, whether they were
    good or bad and in turn, showed kindness, support, forgiveness, and love.
    This has become her purpose in life to share her son’s love and kindness
    by rescuing a young life.
    Rescue A Young LIfe have spent countless days having to rethink,
    reshuffle and relook at how we can be a stronger, more positive change to
    uplift children in poor communities on more than one scale.
    We have found our forward thinking purpose once again and decided we would
    like to campaign more, give more to support “I THINK, THEREFORE I AM” and
    “WISE UP & RISE UP ON MENTAL WELLNESS”
    This will in turn develop into a stronger and much more lucrative support
    system to the children and schools in the poverty-stricken communities.
    Vision
    Is for every growing child to see a future
    knowing they can make a difference in
    their lives and their community by making
    positive life decisions and choices. Equip
    and empower our youth with the
    necessary coping mechanisms so they
    can be better prepared to proceed
    mentally, confidentially and academically
    in a healthy social and diverse
    environment.

    Mission
    Is to make every child feel and know that
    they are not alone.
    Most of their day is spent in a school, many
    of them feel safe and know they will receive
    a warm meal and receive a listening ear.
    We need to keep their goals driven and
    positive energy every step of the way.

    what challenges they may face in life,
    they can have a voice, choice, and
    confidence to overcome them, and,
