    M&P proposals if any, required to be processed at Railway boards level costing above Rs 50
    lakhs each for the year 2024-25 may be uploaded to portal duly vetted by associate finance vetting and
    administrative approval of DRM/CWM.

    The field units are advised to upload M&P proposals through M&P portal accessed at (http.,ll
    www. Irmnp.com) preferably through ( internet explorer ) as per the guidelines and specific instruction of
    the Railway board's letter enclosed.
    The following points are to noted while uploading the proposal in IRMNP portal.

    l. Proposal costing above Rs 50 lakhs each only with clear justification.


    2. For additional procurement of M&P account under Capital ROR calculations to be encloSed.
    3. For replacement account CRRM value to be deducted.
    4. Latest budgetary quotations, COFMOW compendium rate , CeM rate or PO of latest copy to
    be enclosed.(please spbmit BQ with in one year only)
    5. In addition to the above, submit the sanctioned M&P work in progress , expenditure incurred
    2022-23 and expected expenditure for 2023-24 to this office as separate enclosure.
    6. While submitting the proposal each has to indicate the No. of sanctioned M&P works on
    hand as on date and proposed completion date.
    7. It may be noted that those items are essentially required only are to be proposed.

    The proposals are to be submitted to this office positively on or before 3l/0812023 in


    *IRMNP' portal for consolidation and put up to PCEE's priority.
