Fixed voice telephony and internet access with unlimited downloads. Free calls to other UW Home
Phone numbers. UW Wi-Fi Hub

Speed of internet service and remedies


Minimum download speed: 45.7 Mbps
Normally available download speed: 50.8 Mbps - 56.5 Mbps
Maximum download speed: 56.5 Mbps
Minimum upload speed: 1.8 Mbps
Normally available upload speed: 2 Mbps - 2.3 Mbps
Maximum upload speed: 2.3 Mbps

If your download speed falls below the minimum guaranteed download speed on a daily basis for at
least three successive days and we don't put it right within 30 days of you reporting the problem to
us, you may cancel the service without penalty.

Price
Ultra + Broadband and Home Phone
Ultra +, £31 a month for 18 months, then £37.99 thereafter (subject to change), which includes
your line rental at £19 a month. Fixed line installation charge, £1 a month for 18 months. Delivery
charge for UW Wi-Fi Hub £5.99. Usage charges apply, see our Tariffs and Charges guide for more
information. Standard monthly prices apply after 18 months as specified in our Tariff Guide.
Standard monthly prices may change during this period.

Duration, renewal and termination


Ultra + Broadband and Home Phone
18 months minimum contract term. Your contract continues on a rolling 30 day basis after the
minimum term expires. If you end your contract within the minimum term you will pay the
broadband monthly charge for the remaining period of the contract capped at £150 and £3 a
month for the line installation until the end of contract. You need to give 30 days notice to end the
contract. A £10 disconnection fee applies for all service cancellations.

This contract summary and its Terms and Conditions are only valid for a limited time period. If we
change our tariffs and/or T&Cs in between the date stated on this Contract Summary and the date
you accept it, we reserve the right to withdraw it and offer you an updated Contract Summary
based on our new tariffs and/or T&Cs.
